with an excited bounce, the pale kit grinned and raced after the older cat. he was gonna learn something!! galekit was gonna learn some moves and it was gonna be great! his fluffy tail was flicking side to side excitedly, as his disproportionately large paws kneaded the ground with impatience and anticipation. amber eyes were wide with excitement.

Dappledleaf yawned, and looked for her kits. "Larkkit, Peachkit, Eggkit, Nettlekit, Daykit. Come here you five." That was a lot of names. She did have a lot of kids. She had a small idea to keep them entertained, and out of trouble. If Daykit was going down the route she thought he was, she was going to have another Sagekit(paw! She scolded herself) on her paws. Larkkit was a pretty calm kit, minus how the she-cat found her. Peachkit was a good kit, energetic as all are, but never in trouble. Eggkit was similar to Daykit, maybe a little calmer. Nettlekit reminded her of Birchpaw, calm and quiet.

Eggkit lifted his head and looked around. He spotted Dappledleaf and padded over. He cocked his head questioningly. "Yes?"

Larkkit

Larkkit blinked blearily from beside the nursery entrance, lifting her head off her paws with barely restrained confusion. Who in all of blazing stars was calling her at this— Oh, Dappledleaf?

And just with that one little name, Larkkit was in good spirits once more.

Her mother was calling her. Merely referring to Dappledleaf as a parental figure had a strange, warm feeling bubbling in her chest. Rising to her paws, the young she-kit padded over and settled down by Dappledleaf’s other kit- Eggkit was his name, according to Daykit- before coiling her tail around her paws. Her amber gaze traversed the clearing in search of Daykit, who she’d come to care for as she might a younger sibling. But when Larkkit didn’t immediately spot him, she turned her eyes back to her adoptive mother, gaze expectant and awaiting whatever the former queen had to say.

~ Daykit had been chasing a mossball around the clearing and had been hyper focused on just that mossball and no other cat. Daykit was set on 'catching' this mossball and declaring himself the best. The kits focus was broken however when he heard his name come from a very familiar voice, Daykit stopped paying any attention to the mossball and looked around the clearing for the owner of the voice. Dappledleaf. Once Daykit caught sight of her, he quickly abandoned the mossball and scampered over to her and seeing his brother, Eggkit and then Larkkit. The turkish angora mix quickly sat next to Larkkit of course sitting up straight to look more 'mature' ~

Sorrelflare was resting quietly in the clearing, not sleeping but just calmly resting near the edges of the camp. [open!]

The smaller apprentice almost let out a dry laugh, but contained herelf. "Ah... Well you see... I'm not originally from ShadowClan... I was originally a rogue, but was brought here as a kit." She didn't even remember what her parents looked like, but the only thing she could recall from that long ago was the smell of blood.

Shadowfur’s ears twitched. “Well, you were still raised ShadowClan. You’re more ShadowClan than rogue at this point. What matters is whether you’re loyal to your Clan. I don’t know much about you, but you seem like you want to be in ShadowClan. The important thing is to focus on your training.”

A slight breeze carried the scent of pine to his senses. Just another day... Well not entirely, OZ, now known as Vulture'fang had literally just joined the ranks of Shadowclan. That was good news in itself, but he still couldn't shake the 'newcomer' feel off. It was the feeling where you knew deep down in your gut that you didn't exactly fit in. The sensation where you knew you'd get side glances, and hushed criticism. Although this was a rather common experience for him, the worry still pricked at his pelt.
Vulture'fang let his gaze roam across the over cast clearing before taking a seat near the camp wall. What was he supposed to do? He knew that the boss lady(Aka Dawn'star), was going to make a warrior 'watch' over him. So there goes hunting and you might as well throw exploring the territory out the door. And since that was the case, what was he supposed to do in the mean time? Huh.. That was a good question.
The massive tom sat lazily back on his haunches, while his eye lids slid half way closed. Since there was nothing else to, Vulture'fang let himself slip idly into thought.
