Pinekit blinked in confusion. "You are? Really? I didn't notice.."

[CinnamonCookie]

"I try to hide it. You re the first one I told, but not the first one knows..." Ripplekit trailer off on the last few words, a tear flinging in her eye.

[Socks]

Pinekit licked the other's cheek. "You don't gotta hide it, it doesn't mean your any different from me." He said, trying to cheer her up.
(I've gotta sleep I got a test in the morning, night)

(ok good night)

"Thanks..." She said. It makes a difference to my mother. She fed me until now I am 3 moons old and she left me, saying that I was a bother.Ripplekit thought.

[Socks]

"How come you sleep all alone?" He asked.

[CinnamonCookie]

"Because my dad is dead and my mom, Wavecrash, thinks I'm a botherbecause of my blindness so she left me in the nusery as soon as I was old enough to not suckle." Ripplekit flattened her ears and looked down. "In a way, I am a bother...a worthless bother..." She whispered as she sadly walked away to her empty nest in the corner. She laid down looking away from Pinekit with tears streaming down her cheeks.

Pinekit's ears drooped, he didn't know how to deal with the sad kit, he wasn't used to other's being sad so the emotion was foreign to him.

[CinnamonCookie]

"Sorry if I make you sad too..." Ripplekit mumbled. She sighed. "You should get back to you're family. Pretend that you didn't walk out. I'll straighten up here I guess."

He looked at the other with pity for a second, then shook his head That's probably the last thing she needs he told himself. He stood. "I'll go find them and tell them I'm fine and stuff, then I'll be back, you're fun to talk to."
