Geyserpaw bounced cheerfully along, careful to avoid slippery patches of ice that were hidden under thick snow. Or at least, the silvery and white tom thought he was being careful, but he skidded every few pawsteps, very nearly falling each time. Then he stopped, spotting Petalpaw and Galepaw in a tree and blinked, shaking his head. “Yum! A pair of squirrels!” he called up, laughing as he said it. Seeing them in that squirrels' nest made him think of squirrels, and he couldn't help himself. The young apprentice had to fight the urge to fall over laughing.

She thought for a moment, almost considering going back to the nest to see how her kits were doing, but she knew that the other queen would take good care of them. For now the little apprentice was merely learning the basics, when her kits were eating meat, she'd get more involved with Salmonpaw's fighting skills. Right now she relied on other warriors to help with the battle training. Perhaps after she visited her kits, Lotusheart would take Salmonpaw to the river to teach her how to ice fish while the leaf-bare was still upon them.

Jasperpelt smiled as Lotusheart agreed and flicked the tip of his tail. "It's not too far from here. I want it to be a surprise, so I don't want to tell you too much." The tom mewed, looking away once more. He had never been able to keep eye contact or even look at a cat for very long. Even making eye contact for a few short seconds was difficult for him, and he preferred to avoid it when he could. He began to pad onwards, assuming that the she cat was following behind. Hopefully she likes this sort of thing, he thought with another slight twitch of his tail. It was more because he was nervous then anything else, although he was beginning to grow worried that she might be getting bored of this. Not much longer now...he thought as they headed towards his 'special spot.' He stopped, pushing his way through a hole in the bushes that might have been too small. "Can you get through there?" He asked, peering through the hole with his yellow hues fixed on her. He didn't want her to try and get hurt...if she was unable to get through or thought that she was, then he would be more then happy to drop it now so that he didn't cause any harm to her. Because if there was one thing Jasperpelt feared, it was hurting a friend. And especially a cat that he considered to be one of his best friends.

"So.. Do you want to hunt in the forest or by the river?" She asked. Thinking about it, there probably would be more chances by the river, considering that the fish had nowhere to run away from the ice and would stay in the river. But there was the possibility that it had frozen and they would fall in the freezing water if trying to walk on ice.. So she gave the choice to Stormsoul.

(Also it's up to you if you want Silverheart to have encountered Argentate before or not ^w^)

Stormsoul gave this some serious thought. It would make more sense to hunt by the river, but it was much more dangerous than hunting in the forest. On the other paw, however, he could have some much needed alone time with his friend if they went into the forest because of everyone seeming to hunt by the river for the before mentioned reasoning. 'What to choose, what to choose...' he thought. "It might make more sense to try to find prey by the river," he said finally. There'd likely also be witnesses if Argentate decided to make an appearance, but that didn't matter. He'd simply apologize to any cat he needed to once his alternate personality decided to go to sleep. "So the river then?"

She thought tugging and spiknning the stick, the sound of rushing water filled her ears,is that a..... waterfall! She screamed in her head attempting to stop herself from flowing, she snagged a foot with her teeth the air bubbles rising from her mouth

Birdsong looked around "hm." He saw bubbles and immediately jumped in biting the stick. He pulled it off and grabbed her scruff, throwing her onto shore. He struggled to keep swimming from tiredness and barley made it to the shore. He coughed out water and then laid back down like nothing happened
