The large pack automatically comes with an NPC family but it'll be an extra 10kk for an NPC family to be added to the small and medium packs.

 

It'll be an extra 50kk for a backstory to be added to your pack.

 

It'll be an extra 100kk for a full body of your cat to be added to your pack. This pack is only available for the large pack.
