Hello! Oriolepaw is almost finished with his training; he should be eligible for his warrior ceremony by the end of the month. I'd like him to start developing a romance with someone soon after becoming a warrior.

I'm all for slow-burn relationships that develop naturally through roleplay. As such, I'm not interested in a romance that'll develop in two weeks or a cat who will catch feelings after only a couple interactions. I'd like them to start as acquaintances, then friends who slowly develop feelings for one another. After their feelings have had a proper amount of time to develop, they'll confess to one another and become mates.

What I'm looking for in a mate

1. A character who's active, with the intent of keeping him that way. I do not want this cat to go missing, nor do I want him getting killed off before they become mates. This is going to be a long-term plot, with their relationship building over the course of a few months before they confess and become mates. If you aren't certain that you can handle that, or if you think you might lose interest, then please don't apply.

2. Oriolepaw is gay. As such, I'm only interested in male-identifying mates for him.

3. He's currently 14 moons. I want someone who's no more than two moons younger or five moons older. An apprentice is fine, as long as they're at the end of their training and will be becoming a warrior within the next 4-6 weeks.

4. Again: this is going to be a relationship that develops naturally and over time. I'm not interested in a cat who's going to develop feelings in two seconds, or in a situation where you want them to become mates after only a few weeks or something.

5. This is going to be a happy relationship, with occasional ups and downs. Nothing terribly traumatic, at least for now. I love drama and chaos, but I also enjoy happy roleplays too lol. I want Oriole and his mate to have kits down the line, but not until he's matured significantly.
