The teacher picked up the phone on the wall to call the school nurse. Cat jumped out of her seat to check on Jessica.

Cat released the hug, and went into her concerned mom mode, speaking so quickly her sentences were almost nonsense. "Really? Dehydration? Jessica, you need to take better care of yourself! Carry around a water bottle, maybe! I think I have a collapsable bottle in my room that you could use, but that hasn't been washed in ages, so I think you'd be better off with a different one. Still, I can't believe it was dehydration! When was the last time you drank water? Come to think of it, when was the last time I drank water?" Her hands went to her cheeks. "Oh no, am I going to faint in class too!?"
