Re: RiverClan Streamstone
So it was about family after all. The tabby wasn’t mad. In fact, he rarely got truly mad, mostly just different degrees or annoyed and irritated. This time mostly perplexed as to why Snowypaw wanted to come so badly, and not looking forward at the thought of her begging him to go. To his surprise however, she handled it rather… Well. Much different from the lying and rude Snowypaw who had made fun of Copper not too long ago. And truthfully, perhaps you could say that some part of the old grump sympathised with her familial situation – in a way. He too had family he hardly knew. And perhaps he could understand her want to find family that she could get along with. Huffing a breath, he probably would’ve pinched the bridge of his nose if he could.
“I’ll keep an eye out, if I can.”
He told her, voice back to it’s signature muttery state. Facts were that he would likely have to keep an eye out either way, though not exactly for those things. Briefly focusing his gaze behind the apprentice, Gingerfrost signalled with his tail for Lilycreek to come closer.
“You’ll have better chance finding your sister at the gathering. You could ask Lilycreek for help.”
Shifting from Snowypaw to the warrior, he gave her a steady look; one which intended to convey his intention in pairing the two: that maybe Lilycreek could help her, be a good influence on her. He wasn’t blind to the fact that Snowypaw needed some form guidance. With no further words, his gaze moved from the new mentor back to the apprentice with a slight hint of warning in it’s edge; an assurance she knew what a difference in clans may entail. Though, the look was gone soon as it came, as Gingerfrost awaited to see if there was anything else. He wasn’t going to stop Snowypaw from trying to find her sister, but he couldn’t allow her to come along (or sneak out) either. That would cause too much trouble.

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
Bouncepaw growled in clear anger. He was upset. Very upset. He hadn’t done anything. And he could tell that not a ton of other apprentices have done it too. “Why must we suffer for the actions of another cat?” He said just quietly enough to where Gingerfrost couldn’t hear. He has wanted to say more but he but his tongue. He did not want to get in trouble. He cursed under his breath and walked back into the apprentices den. He had not been upset when he left his nest but he was bubbling with rage when he was back from the meeting.

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
LILYCREEK
She took Gingerfrost's signal, and edged closer in time to hear him tell Snowypaw about the gathering. Finding her sister? She tilted her head questioningly, making sure to keep it out of Snowypaw's sight. She didn't want to pry, but if they felt comfortable sharing, she wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
She felt Gingerfrost's gaze and the weight of it. She knew Snowypaw was... troubled, to say the least. Perhaps she was chosen because of her innate ability to keep the kits from running the clan to the ground. She gave him a small nod. Snowypaw was her responsibility now; like a daughter. Lilycreek would educate her to the best of her ability.

Mintpaw (she/her)

Flamebriar had decided to let out the same doubts that Mintpaw was holding back, but it was all useless in the end. She noticed Slatestripe frowning at the same, bland response as the deputy refused to give out more information about this weird trip to Shadowclan.
Why would they hold this a secret after its announcement? What do they want with Shadowclan? Even though Gingerfrost had already dismissed this meeting, Mintpaw's mind still whirled with unanswered questions. She felt like this whole matter was something... bigger, than it seemed. But again, she could be wrong. Maybe I'm just imagining things.
With a twitch of her ears, she left the crowd of cats and returned to her peaceful spot at the edge of the camp, on the shore of water. She was picturing the patrol leaving Riverclan to meet Dawnstar.

Rainglow kept his gaze away from Cinderpaw, deeply wishing he had the power to just... disappear.

Re: RiverClan Streamstone

Raccoonear approached Slatestripe mere moments after the announcement of the ShadowClan patrol. Apparently his reaction was more visible than he initially realized. There was something slightly smug about the way the molly offered to explain things, which he didn’t appreciate. However, he wasn’t in the business of starting any trouble with one of the Clan’s Shields. In a neutral tone, he responded, “I would appreciate that.”
Turning his attention back to the Streamstone, Slatestripe noted that Gingerfrost was continuing with the meeting. The temporary leader offered no further explanation for the journey to ShadowClan. Only one apprentice, Cinderpaw, stepped up for reassignment. The tom’s ears perked as his brother was assigned to train the apprentice. Would Rainglow be able to handle the responsibility of training an apprentice without breaking under the pressure? He hoped so.
After Gingerfrost dismissed the meeting, Slatestripe hung around to wait for Raccoonear’s elaboration on the purpose of the patrol.

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
Reedwhisker
There were many reassignments to get done. As she continued to listen to Gingerfrost pair apprentices with their new mentors, she was pleased to see Flintfang and Sliverpaw get reunited once again, this time in a more sweet way rather than the aggressive behavior her brother displayed before. More apprentices popped up before the ginger tabby deputy, which made the dark brown warrior's fur prickle with disappointment. I just hope these apprentices get the training they deserve from their new mentors...
The meeting soon came to an end, which left Reedwhisker no other choice but to go get some long-awaited rest in the warrior's den.
Littlestream
Multiple reassignments were handled soon after the honkening had ended, which Littlestream was glad to have witnessed. With the death and sickness going on, it was nice to see a united front form, even if it was to slightly interrupt a meeting. With nothing more to see from her former mentor, the cream tabby got up and took her leave to her favorite shady spot in the clearing.

SnowyPaw gave a small nod then looked over to her new mentor. Her head turns back to Gingerfrost. “okay, you promise you’ll look though, right? Same blue eyes as mine…” the poor apprentice just wanted something to hold onto…
