Where have I been... Lightfeather stared at the ground for a moment or two, then answered, "I'm pretty sure I was in a small area near the cattail pond, not too far..." then, she trailed off. Dang... I should start looking around more. After what little she said, Lightfeather looked up, seeming to stare past her leader as if he wasn't even there. "I don't know clearly why I took so long to return."

"Alright, come on!" Thistlestep wasted no time in heading for the camp entrance. "If you don't keep up Warblerpaw, I'm leaving you behind and you're doing laps from Saltmeadow Marsh all the way to Lionsrange when I get back."

Hollywatcher twitched her ears. Well, she had something to do now. At the very least she had cats to talk to. Hopefully, it wouldn’t just be silence the entire time. She swayed her tail, hearing Pebblepudge call out for Crabpaw. He seems talkative so it probably won’t be. So, he’s there. I’ll just go over to him. She trotted over to Pebblepudge. He hadn’t needed to look for her, she was already ready to go.

So that's what she'd been planning. Kricketchirp nods as his name is called to accompany Doefeather. "Were we waiting for that?" He asked her.

Yeah, he wasn't surprised she was so flop-headed. Lionstar wasn't sure what to think of her behavior but he was certainly glad he resolved the Softpaw situation prior to her return. Imagine her having an apprentice in this state.. yikes!

"Go get settled in." Though he wasn't too pleased with her disappearance, he wouldn't bother her very much when she was clearly.. not well. "And maybe do a wellness checkup with Otterstone or Fawn to make sure your head isn't too.. cracked. I wouldn't worry about seeking out Softpaw-- she's no longer your apprentice."

"My head isn't cracked and I don't need rest!" Lightfeather protested, trying her best not to snap. "And it's not like I'd look for Softpaw. She probably hates me by now." she added. She thought about what she said for a few seconds, then sighed. "I'll just... go." Lightfeather got up, then took her messed up self to the medicine den, everything on her mind. Maybe I should see if I'm well...

A low growl rumbled in Lionstar's throat. "You're acting like your head is cracked! So go do a check up with Otterstone and stop whining about Softpaw. If she hates you, then it's up to you to amend your relationship with her-- not me."

Irritated with her already, Lionstar stalked off.
