she slammed him down and his breath left his body with an oomph! Thinking quickly, he decided to try another tactic, one that had worked on Poppytwist - as he struggled to regain his breath, he curled in on himself and then exploded upwards, trying to throw her weight off of him.

Her next blow conked him right on the side of his head and sent him reeling backwards. Huffing, already out of breath, he forced himself to go on.
He charged at her, teeth bared, looking as if he was about to leap onto her back. At the last second, though, he slammed his paws into the ground to stop himself. Spinning with the momentum, he lashed out with his hind paws, his intentions to deliver a brutal kick to Bubblingbee's face.

He charged at her, teeth bared, looking as if he was about to leap onto her back. At the last second, though, he slammed his paws into the ground to stop himself. Spinning with the momentum, he lashed out with his hind paws, his intentions to deliver a brutal kick to Bubblingbee's face.

Bubblingbee received a strong kick to the face. She narrowed her eyes and attempted to dive under him quickly, before suddenly rearing up on her hind legs shoving her forearms into his stomach, she was larger than him after all, she’d use it to her advantage.

this old bat certainly had some tricks up her sleeve.

his kick had worked the same as it had with flowerpaw, but unlike that mock battle, bubblingbee countered with something completely unexpected. her paws caught him right in the stomach and sent him flying through the air. he choked as he landed with a smack on the forest floor. he slipped when he tried to stand, gasping for breath. stars above, she's strong.
he lunged for her again and attempted to grab his tail in his jaws and yank her to the ground.
