Eaglepaw nods his head and does as she says, his paws lifting every time he commands them to as he moves across the clearing, his tail still up as high as he made it earlier. He looks at Silverstripe and stops. "How was that?" He asks.

Eaglepaw narrows his eyes as he crawls forward slowly. He pounces onto the leaf and looks at Silverstripe for her approval.

The silver shield-warrior nods in approval, turning away with the flick of her tail. Lips part slightly, and she allows herself to focus more on the taste of the air than conversation with company. Squirrels and mice were busy foraging for food during the cold season, because many burrowed for leafbare. Birds tended to change, too, and as the air began to cool, they often saw a shift in the types of birds that showed up. Now wasn't the time to wonder about birds and their habits though- Plumstorm picks her ears at a sound. Without all that much warning, she leaves Dawnflower on her own to track the bird, a finch of sorts with red on its head and chest. It was foraging by some drying flowers. Plumstorm lowers herself to the ground and stalks up on it, taking care not to brush the ground with her pawtips with every ginger step. As soon as she is close enough, she pounces and slams the bird down under a paw before lunging in to perform a killing bite. It was truly a pretty thing, and now it would serve as some cat's supper. Returning to the warrior, Plumstorm bobs her head back and forth a bit, surprisingly cheery!
