the kittens

frostkit, tigerkit, softkit and icekit

"papa took mama away....so we ran away."

frostkit softkit and icekit slept as tigerkit stood watch over them. he never liked the idea of the clans and he wasnt going to trust a single cat here with his siblings. no not at all. his ears were alert and his one eye open to keep watch and the other closed as he was half sleep. not that he needed to do this but he had been through a lot...he had to keep watch...a little longer...

BUBBLEKIT, activity post

The kit opened its eyes for the first time, taking in the scenery. Chubby and round, it wriggled in its nest. It's ears have unfolded recently too.

a tall silver classic-tabby with well groomed short to medium length fur and icy blue eyes

"does anyone need help here?" he mewed quietly, poking his head in before entering the nursery. silver fur shining with the moisture of melting snow.
he gently placed the small rabbit he had brought with him on the ground.
"i wasnt sure how much is going on so i just got you something small" he continued, not really talking to anyone in particular. cool blue eyes flicking around, familiarising himself with his current surroundings and presence of the other cats. he hadnt been here in far too long. quite honestly, he felt a bit bad for not checking in more often. hopefully the kits wouldnt be too scared by his presence.

Ghostkit lay on his stomach, his tiny claws tearing at the ground as he mewed softly to his mother.

Riverwish frowned as the kit responded. Nobody wanted to play with her? She felt a pang at her heart, immediately feeling empathy for the young kit. "Well, why don't they want to play with you?" She asked calmly, sitting down next to Dreamkit.

"What's your name little one? My name is Riverwish." She asks, her voice still soft and gentle as ever.

Berrykit practically fell into the nursery, her fear and confusion making her clumsier than usual. Ignoring whoever else was in the nursery, she circled her usual nest a few times, trying to relax. But she was as restless as ever — there was no way she could just calm down after all that.

Ears flattened, she kept poking her head out of the entrance, vying to get a closer look at the commotion in the clearing outside, trying to make sure no warrior noticed her snooping. Stagheart had told her to stay in and keep her head down, but he already probably knew it was useless against the burning curiosity of kits.

[no need for interaction, just a placement for where she is after all the stuff happening in the clearing

DREAMKIT

Dreamkit eyed Riverwish warily. “I’m Dreamkit.. Nice to meet you Ma’am.” The kit mewed. She avoided the topic of why the other kits didn’t want to play with her. She hadn’t really tried to play with them, either. Just one, and that one was too young.

Berrykit's ears perked up at the sound Birdsnow's yowl, calling a meeting. Her curiosity finally won over — after all, it was a Clan meeting. Stagheart couldn't get too frustrated if she'd attended that, right?

The kit glanced around, unnoticed as usual, and slunk back out before padding over to the Floodstones.

Pristinepaw wanted to tune out the world. She wanted to hide. To pretend everything happening around her didn't exist. So what did she do? Maybe it was selfish of her, but she sought an excuse to ignore everything and just be happy, even for a little bit.

So it was after hesitantly grabbing a sparrow from the fresh-kill pile (and avoiding all the more frosted pieces of prey) that Pristinepaw crept back into her old home; the nursery. But she was only here for one cat. "Mossykit?" Pristinepaw mumbled around the food she'd brought. She set it down on the floor to talk clearer. "I was wondering if... if you haven't eaten already... I brought this so we could.. share?"
