Lionstar tipped his head to a side, looking thoughtfully at the not-kit and his Clan-mates. "This Coral looks pretty grown to me, you two. Far older than any of the kits we have in the nursery." And besides.. they weren't the ones joining, this Coralcat was! "Tell me about yourself." He prompted the rogue. "Why do you want to join RiverClan?" To the other two, he dismissed them. "You both are free to go."

Coral felt a bolt of energy from being given permission. "I ran away from my home and the big things that took care of me. I wanted to see what was outside, which turned out to be big and amazing and scary. I've run into a lot of other cats, ones not so nice, dogs, and some weird creatures that were bigger than me." He perked his ear, "I watched a couple of cats come back and forth, but I wanted to make sure you wouldn't hurt me. I hid and watched them hunt so I could eat something more filling than grass and scraps." He dropped his head and eyes to look at his paws. "I missed having friends and food."

Frostkit walked slowly in the clearing keeping her ears open for kits to play with but continuously bumped into things and ended up ramming headfirst into a cat unaware of who it was.

Still puffed up she shakily replied "I dont think I like crabs Snowpaw. Is it really gone? Promise?" She peaked her nose out from under the apprentices fluff. "I dont wanna be near crabs anymore..." She squeaked. Oh god was Willowkit gonna have to hunt one of those things when she was an apprentice! That was a scary idea, at least she had some time before then.

Snowpaw licked willowkit's forehead to try and comfort the kit, "That's fine" she started "Really, I promise" she tried to reassure the kit. Placing her tail on Willowkit's back, she went to lead the kit back to the nursery, "It's okay. You won't have to be near a crab for a while" she mewed in a soothing voice.

Sootflare caught the semi-familiar scent before catching sight of Ivypaw and before he could do anything the scent of bile filled his nostrils and he was stepping back from the putrid sight.

Snowpaw purred, "There won't be any crabs in camp, I promise" she mewed, "But I'll check your nest for you, just in case" she smiled at her-hopefully- future apprentice, "Remember, crabs live in water, so they wouldn't be able to make it into our camp. Plus, Lionstar is stationing guards outside of the entrance at all times, so they'll stop any pesky, mangy crab that tries to get in!" she explained.

Padding alongside her friend she perked up at the encouraging words. Only in water? And she was right there are guards. Maybe it'd be ok she thought yawning tired after all the excitement. Willowkit's still gonna make Snowpaw check her nest though.
