Dreampaw entered camp, her ears flicking nervously. She just vanished after her, Snowpaw and Eagleflower's awkward talk and after Lionstar forbade they ever become mates. She looked around for the golden tom. She hoped he wouldnt be too hard on her. She had time to think and she knew it was time to return.

Okay, that was laughable. "You were already gone long before he died, Skunkpaw. Cut the dung." She wasn't around for anything to do with that raid. Not the declaration, not the preparations. Not the fighting or the death. She knew nothing and that pissed off Lionstar more than anything-- trying to lie her way back. "If you can't be honest during your rejoining request, why should I believe you've come here to do anything but cause more trouble?"

As Dreampaw emerged, Lionstar narrowed his eyes as he crossed the clearing. "Ah, are you done having your psychotic break or are you back to harass poor Eagleflower again?"

She would need to be beyond her best behavior after the freak out she had during their last interaction. He didn't care for inappropriate relations between ranks, and Dreampaw seemed like the poster child of disregarding conduct for her own selfish desires.

Dreampaw looked at Lionstar and shuffled her paws. "I'd never harass Eagleflower... I love him very much. Since we were apprentices. I was just upset that he had seemed to move on to warriorhood without me.. I still love him. And I always will... even if you said we cant be mates anymore.." She shuffled her paws ans directed her blue gaze to his golden ones with a awkward smile.

His eye sparkled at the small compliment. He was alright. He was pretty alright! Wow. It felt really good to hear that, actually. He didnt think even Shimmeringpool had told him that before.
Her offer, quite frankly, was a surprising one. Even after the teasing, he'd have thought she would prefer to spend some time away from him. He hadn't really believed she'd be one to forgive so easily, but it seemed that she was.
He nodded, perhaps more enthusiastically than he should have. But oh, well, it couldn't really be helped. He'd wanted to get out of camp for a while now, and it would be better to go with someone else. "Sure," he answered. "That'd be pretty great, actually."

Rainydawn was concerned for a moment that he would say no. Maybe he had only offered to get her prey so he could get away from the conversation. She prepared to back track and offer him a way out, but he answered before she had to and thankfully agreed. Rainydawn beamed when he said that he’d like it and she stood up quickly, wiggling her toes in excitement despite the simplicity of the events.

Her voice as she spoke was lighter than it had been all day and her mood considerably brighter already. The dark cloud had lifted and she shone again despite the little voice that warned her that he had too much power over her emotions already. Rainydawn ignored her cynical mind and started eagerly toward the entrance, trying to enjoy her light mood and wondering as to it’s strange and sudden potency at the same time.

Bumblebelly heard his name called. He flinched slightly when he realised it was Sootflare, his wounds from the feline left sore still, no doubt they would scar emotionally.

But he did as asked. The large, overgrown feline worked his wat over with his eyes narrowed in sister, threatening daggers. He pushed his way between Sootflare and Scarfang. "You came through the entrance, so doubt you know where to leave from. Let's go, please." Even a brute couldnt forget manners!
