Leaving Chivepaw, looking worried, Fleetwind staggered towards Smokewatcher. Seeing her struggling, he tried to prop her up and get her moving. We have to get to the river! he urged, pushing her ahead. He was worried about the kit he had in his mouth, but it would have to wait. @ Cobralily

Fernglow hurried out of the Warrior's deb as fast as his legs could take him, turning his eye on to the tree. The blazing, burning tree. No. The tom heard Duskstar's call and barely heeded it, instead running to the areas the fire had spread. Where there cats trapped? Dead? Where is his family? The brown tom's mind raced as he steeled himself and surveyed the damage, ignoring his pumping heart threatening to burst out of his chest.

Berrybreeze awoke from his dream to screaming, twitching his tail in confusion. Why was everyone yelling? He hadn't played any major pranks. The tortoiseshell tom was moments away from going back to sleep before an acrid trail of smoke made its way to his nest. With a start, the tom dashed out and took off running. A fire. He hadn't seen any in real life, but his father's stories made it seem... calmer. This was not good. Berrybreeze frantically whipped his head around, searching for someone familiar. "Honeytuft? Dad? Sun-" The tom was cut short by a loud creak, a flaming branch careening towards him from above.

Primrosewhisper felt something wrong before the strike. An itching in her fur, making her unable to sleep. That itching turned her to the storm, leaning partly out of the warrior's den to watch clouds rumble. Well, that was... until the camp caught fire. The ragdoll molly felt frozen in place, brain stopped. There was smoke. Flames. Heat. Cats were running, screaming, dying, and Primrosewhisper was stuck. Her heart beat like a drum, her breath seeming to match the pace of the flames. She needed someone. Greyfur. She needed Greyfur. She needed to go.
