So it seemed Warrior was not going to show up. That was alright but Eelpaw was going to be sure to remember that and she would have to knock his head up and down and tell him he hadn't been productive nor useful.

Lotusheart and Gingerfrost? Or something in that direction wasn't it? Where were they? Spotting a cat looking around though, she presumed that they were looking for her! Eelpaw! And made her way over quickly, not wanting to hold them up too long. No she wasn't going to be a burden, she was going to be smart... to an extent.

"So how are we going to go about this?"

Willowpaw didnt even make it to two before she was a cat shaped cloud and a silver blur bolting over the ground making for a fat turkey on the edge of the group. Surprisingly fast for such a small cat the tabby closed in on the bird giving a yowl as she did startling the animal into a bolt. Unfortunately despite her swerving and guiding the turkey just refused to go the direction she wanted it to and as the chase wore on she started having to dodge more and more as the bird started to try and strike her. "Jaaaaaywiiiiiing! Where am I supposed to guide this thing!? Its not going in the right place!" Jeez these turkeys were more stubborn then she expected them to be but at least their feathers were pretty. If she was any less energetic keeping up this running thing would be really hard, but she'd succeeded in the hard part of getting it alone.

"Oh- well, I guess the count of two works too," Jaywing said, watching the apprentice fly after one of the birds. "Just keep running after it, Willowpaw," Jaywing shouted when the bird went everywhere. She ran almost straight into its path, but it swerved again. Giving up her strategy, she ran after it like Willowpaw had. "This *huff* thing *puff* is fast!" She said between breaths as she sprinted after it. @Rani

Yes! Turkey time! Tail swishing like mad she looked over at her partner mosspaw with bright eyes "c'mon kid we'll beat em !" she said in a whisper . With that she unsheathed her claws and got ready to hunt.

Mosspaw nodded, a bit nervous but excited nonetheless. He rushed after the warrior, leaping over the grass behind her as quietly as possible. He settled into the tall grass next to her, crouching to get a good look at the turkeys. "Which one should we go for," he whispered, looking up at Feathermask.

Crouching along side Mosspaw as she eyed the turkies she licked her lips as she spotted a really fat one. Whispering "the fat ones are the best and usually the slowest this goes for almost any prey animal - see that one over there?" she asked as she pointed to a rather fat and plump turkey near the edge of the group .

Stripepaw jerked her head up. “Huh? Oh, actually I have no idea. That’s what I was just trying to think of,” she explained. “But I think we can do it!” she said optimistically. It couldn’t be that hard! It was just a bird!

Pleased and a bit honored in a rather strange way that she was with two apprentices, albeit one who could clearly handle them self and another who appeared to be no slouch, Splashleap snapped into focus at the mention of a plan. She had some ideas, but she didn't want to be super controlling. They probably had good ideas too! We could all go in different directions. Since there's three of us, it might not know which way to look, and one of us can whomp it! Finishing the last bit with perhaps a bit to much enthusiasm as she planned the demise of the turkey, she gazed eagerly at the plump prey. @implimm @TheShadowAnimal

Mosspaw nods, shifting his hind legs. He's glad the turkeys aren't as scary as he thought they would be- they just look like big, fat birds. "Alright, how do you think we should do this," he asks, tail lashing. He doesn't have much hunting experience, so he's hoping Feathermask can lay out a strategy.

Scanning the layout of the hunting grounds the warrior did her best to think up a suitable plan. Sneaking around is always the best way to go about things. "Ok...you sneak around to it- do your best to chase it towards me... When I have it distracted . Do your best to land on top of the ugly creature , bite its neck. Ill join in . If it fails...well plan b will be later..watch out for the feat they look dangerous " she meowed . With that she looked at the apprentice "ready?"
