Almondkit sat on his nest and suddenly stood up at a quiet noise. He hissed at the wind silently.

The tom had snagged a vole from the kill pile. He decided to try and make himself of use. Maybe prove himself again. Do better, be better. Not be seen as all bad. He hadn’t even intended for what happened to do so. ‘Leaving a clanmate to die’ was not the motive, never was. He acted fast. He hadn’t many reasonable choices to go with anyways. Well…now all he could was hope the whole clan didn’t hate him. He carried himself to the nursery and set the vole down. “Queens n’ kits, got ya a vole for whoeva’ is hungry. I can ge’ more pretty or water if needed.”

EelKit struggled to get up, stretching her tiny legs before waddling over to RowanMane.
"RowanMane, RowanMane! You brought yummies!!" The small She-Kit bounced up and down, joyously cheering.
"After I eat can you give me a badger-ride?" EelKit asked with a chirp, staring with big, pleading eyes at the tom.

It had been awhile since Brokenstream had to come check on the nursery- at least since before Duskpaw was apprenticed. He needed to go check on that little troublemaker (endearingly) too. Ah, all in due time.

As the lithe tom pushed his way through the nursery entrance, his eye was immediately caught by a stark white kit through the darkness of the sheltered den. She appeared to be sitting alone. Huh- normally the kits were bundling all over each other with their silly little games. If he recalled correctly…yes! That was it.

Rabbitfur carries in her four new kits Riverkit (grey-blue she-kit w/ brown eyes), Wavekit (grey-blue tom w/ brown eyes), Stemkit (brown she-kit w/ grey eyes), and Mudkit (brown tom w/ grey eyes)

She lays them down and curl up with them
