Strikekit came out of the nursery. "How do you have no gender?" Asked the 1 moon kit, not meaning to be rude, just inquisitive.

Elmkit purred in triumph as he pushed down the older apprentice, not noticing the white paw coming towards him. It hit him with a soft poor against his fur and he fell of Leopardpaws back with a playful yelp.

Leopardpaw sprung into his paws and grabbed a moss ball. He flung it at the kit, letting out a small purr.

“Well, when starclan was making the territories we know today. They gave windclan gorgeous hills! And shadowclan got the eerie pine forests and riverclan got gorgeous ponds! They looked at thunderclan and all we had was trees! They thought.. well... maybe we can move some of riverclan over!” The story was getting even more wild than she’d imagined at first.

“So a starclan cat- err his name was Sunnystar. He came down from starclan and went a looking through Riverclan. He saw a plain old little creek, so he took it!” she beamed “he folded the river up three whole times til it fit between his teeth! When he’d folded it up he ran all the way to thunderclan. It was getting hard to hold and boom! The creek fell out of his mouth in the perfect sunny spot! Sunnystar was very pleased and spent the entire day making it very very special!”

Elmkit was already a bit dizzy after being swatted and when the moss ball came at him it was a complete surprise and hit him right on the head and dazed him, he stumbled and tried to steady himself and recollect all the while panting.

She NEARLY got him. And truth be told Swallowkit was extremely mad that her attack had missed. She NEEDED to beat happiness into Kestrel, maybe he would then stop being such a sour ass. "NO! YOU MUST BE CONVERTED TO HAPPINESS," she squealed in protest as she watched her brother escape her grasp before she felt another weight land on her and she was stuck fighting against her older brother. Why did this always happen to her?! It was UNFAIR! they were both the oldest AND two! She was only one! and now it seemed like Kestrelkit Kestrelass had gotten Buckstar on their team too. Was is boys vs girls? BUT... that meant she was ALONE. No matter, she could beat all of them! Of that Swallowkit was sure that she was able to. SHE had been the one to defeat Buckstar after all, not Wrenkit nor Kestrelass Kestrelkit, nope it was her. Swallowkit the Great who'd done all the work for their freedom. And then turning on Wrenkit she was almost tempted to leap after Kestrel... but then Buckstar started telling them to go back to the nursery? No... thank you. "All the kits in the nursery are already happy! We need to convert you to being happy! Well... all the kits except for tweedle dumb and dumber here!" The last was said with pointing to Kestrelkit and Wrenkit with her paws. Dumber was obviously Kestrelkit. And then... becoming warriors? leaders? Kestrel wanted to make patrols? No way! "NO! I can make... I CAN MAKE FIRE DRILLS. Cause... like so we don't die in another fire! I'll lead the brigade! I can make them all happy and make sure they don't die in a fire!" With that all thought of fighting went out of her head and Swallowkit was now determined to be 'fire drill leader' or so was the rank in her eyes.

Smokekit yawned. He was so excited to hear the end of the story but he’d fallen asleep sometime around folded up the river. He practically burrowed into Sugarsnows soft pelt and started twitching in his sleep. He dreamed he was Sunnystar, and that he was able to move mountains, rivers, and whole patches of earth by folding them up and taking them where he wanted them to go.

The tom gave a quiet smile and looked away, back at his pebbles. “No problem. It’s always good to help a fellow cat.”
