Mottledsong came out from the warriors den stretching her sore muscles and settled down beneath the highbranch grooming herself as she waited

The grey tabby emerged out from her den to join the crowding cats and sat away in the back farthest away from eye-sight view. She wasn't sure how to feel about anything. Whom she looked up to was executed for murder and the fight with those rogues, killing one of them in cold blood is still fresh in her mind. It was confusing. Should she feel sad? Happy? Her yellow, blank eyes fluttered up to meet her leader's fierce gaze.

Having spent the day avoiding work and lazing about as usual, Maggotmouth finally slinks out of his hiding spot at the sound of Shadowclan’s leader call for a meeting. She looks pleased about something, for sure, he internally mused to himself, swaying through the crowd of his clanmates. He turned to a few of them, asking an open question to anyone that cared to listen. “Icestar seems like she’s in a good mood. That’s a first, isn’t it?” He chuckled to himself and began to groom, keeping one ear perked up to the highbranch.

Falconkit had been frustrated by the blindness of the Clan since the last meeting, but he attended this one out of tradition.
Perhaps Icestar would make a fool of herself again with her She-Catly Emotions controlling her.

Maggotmouth flicked his tail, an amused look dancing in his pale eyes. Giving him even an ounce of information was always a mistake. He stood and stretched for a moment before padding over to Morningeye, leaving his meal behind.

Cardinalpaw slunk forwards, ears perked as he looked up at the leader. So far she'd been taking back everything Windystar had lost...plus some. Maybe it was time Riverclan handed over their crown as Shadowclan was deemed the new stronger clan of the forest.

Now he couldn’t possibly resist toying with this poor, worn out tabby. Maggotmouth chuckles softly while moving into Morningeye’s line of sight, trying to force him to make eye contact.
