"Indeed it does, And it is.." When she said that she caused her electricity to send a bunch of brainwaves threw the person, making their brain warp..

Ciara flinched when her brain started to warp with the brainwaves sent by The Shadow. She held her head with one hand, the other gripping her katana as she drew it out. "Why are... you doing... this? I'm... not a... villain... or a... hero..." She breathed.

She was thrilled by the question, she answered with a Phycopathic smile. She giggled "You naive girl~" She laughed in a psychotic way. "I just enjoy the fun~" She made the brainwaves harder and then went invisible, still doing what she was doing.

Ciara swung her katana at The Shadow, but she went invisible. Ciara cringed in pain as the waves grew stronger. She tried to run, realizing that she couldn't fight this woman.

She stopped as soon as the girl ran, she stopped the brainwaves. She also stopped being invisible, her dark brown hair was now visible. Her Electric yellow eyes were visible in the dark ally way.
