June Gathering

Frisk looked at the First cat. She tilted her head to show signs of confusion. She hoped this time it would work, seeing it was already failing. As she turned to head towards the way the cat was pointing, her eyes went wide with fear. It was that cat! The one who attacked her last time! She had no idea what this cat was trying to tell her, but it had something to do with those cats. She shook her head before the cat noticed.

Great. Some Smartass had to come and ruin her fun. Try to be the big hero and all. It didn't surprise her. Nor scare her. She just continued to ignore him for a little while, noticing another cat who looked around her age glare at her.

When she noticed the cat who confronted her unsheathed their claws, she turned around and hissed, unsheathing her own.

Following the familiar path to the gathering, she practically fell over a rock, not a great way to make a good impression , hopefully no one had noticed, finding a comfortable spot, the calico molly curled her tail around her paws and sat in wait.

Bah, the other clans were boring, it was obvious Thunderclan would always be the best, but alas, she had still been forced to come, it seemed friendships were not all that useless, like she still thought, or so many cats had said. Maybe I can spar with someone, it would be a friendly spar of course, though not all causalities are avoidable dark thoughts formed in her mind, till she shook them away, harming or killing another cat was a sure way to get exiled. Guess I better look for some other apprentices inwardly groaning, she swept her hard gaze over the crowd.

Falconpaw sat for a while, observing the other clans around her. She was both relieved and disappointed when no cat approached or talked to her. This was her first gathering after all- she couldn’t expect the other clans to be friendly and talkative with her, especially since they’re never met her before.

If I want to meet other cats, I’m going to have to go up to someone myself.

Taking a deep breath to squash her ever present anxiety, Falconpaw forced herself to scan the crowd for other apprentices. Her eyes fell in one cat who appeared to be sitting besides ThunderClan cats. She seemed to be looking around, as if she wanted someone talk to.

Perfect! I… guess I’ll go introduce myself.

Falconpaw stood up and walked over to the ThundeClan apprentice, having to navigate around the many cats around her. She smiled at the cat, trying to seem friendly and calm, though inside she was panicking.
“H-Hi! I’m Falconpaw, who are you?”

Brightpaw had been getting rather bored until a Riverclan apprentice from the smell of it approached her. Falconpaw it seemed, sounded a bit nervous, hmm, another first timer, possibly, or just uncomfortable none the less it would be rude to refuse to speak. Gathering up the will to portray her false personality, kind eyes shone on the nervous apprentice.
“Hi, I am Brightpaw, of Thunderclan.” nodding to her nervous movements “Is this your first time?”

She relaxed a little, but kept her tail cemented by her side.
“When do you think they will start?” She asked.
there were four Clan leaders on the branch, so why were they still waiting?
They had been there for awhile.
Or maybe it was all in Minnowpaws head.
“How long have we been here?”

“Yeah actually, I was only just apprenticed too. How long have you been an apprentice?”

Small talk was not Falconpaw’s strong suit, but she knew enough to ask about the other cat. She was carefully planning how she would respond to Brightpaw’s answer; if she’d been apprentice long then Falconpaw would ask if she had any advice. If she was just apprenticed like herself, she’d say something like, oh, that’s awesome, we’ll be warriors at the same time then!
Falconpaw knew this planning was stupid, but it was the only way felt she could take control of the situation. She felt too out-of control right now, and that made her anxious.
Falconpaw sat down and waited for the other apprentice’s answer

"So I take you're not backing down," said Shadefrost a tiny smile creeping across his face. If this lowly ant didn't want to take his advice and live then so be it, not like he cared. Just as long as he wouldn't get any mouth for ridding the forest of a pest. Not wasting any time, the black furred warrior forcefully lashes a claw out towards the rouge, attempting to divert her focus solely to his first attack. If he managed to cut deep into her neck and end it there that was just a bonus. If she dodged his claws, the warrior would throw himself into the Molly's side, using his shoulder to drive a bolt of pain into her ribs, and begin trying to bite into her neck.

(Give Shade a good fight okay )

“Me too, this is my first gathering.” it seemed kinda simple, but, if she was to make friends then being simple might be the easiest way.
