Vinepaw's jaw dropped but she quickly shut it. I was going by Vine anyway! She yowled inside her mind and forced herself to keep it in. "Yes.. ma'am-I mean sir." She flustered and snorted so then only Silverkit could hear.

Tracker stepped back and managed to hear 'Vine' snort a bit. He glared daggers at her and whispered to Night. "she laughed."

Night looked at Tracker, "Do I need to baby you? Then scold her." Night growled. Turning to Vine. "Does anything look funny to you?"

Tracker resisted the urge to slit Night's throat and instead nodded. "Yes, sir. Just wanted to have your confirmation." He spat out reluctantly through gritted teeth.

Night matched the tom's tone. "He'll probably consider keeping them, but it might be a long process sense he hates clan cats the most." Night mewed, flicking his tail thoughtfully. "Perhaps he'll feel better if I mentor Vine myself......"

Nightshade padded back into camp, her eyes traveled around the room. She had three birds in her mouth. Her eyes narrowed when she noticed the commotion in camp. What is going on here ? she thought, she hurriedly padded to the fresh kill pile and sat the three birds down before padding over to Jack.
