Stormwish tore their gaze away from Daisykit to wave their fluffy white tail at Bramblekit. "Hello sweetheart!" They meowed as he ran past. The white and black queen chuckled as the tabby kit ran past, shouting to his sister.

Bramblekit stopped as he heard how scared his sister was. He pricked his ears up and ran over to his to her. "look, Honey, I'm okay. See?" The ginger kit did little bunny hops in a circle around his sister as he tries to make her laugh and feel better.

Bramblekit jumped back, but didn't dodge the tag in time! He laughed and chased after his sister, carefully avoid the puddle of water in the middle of the nursery as he tried to tag Honeykit. "I'm gonna get you!" He called.

He smiled at her suggestion, brightening immediately and purring. The mottled tom nodded. "I don't mean to brag, but I've been told I give decent badger rides." He purred, excited to spend some time with kits. He used to think kits were a massive pain in the tail, so demanding and whiny. Their shrills would make his skin crawl with irritation. But Faithkit showed him how pure and innocent they can be, and now he relished spending time with them. He had looked forward to possibly training Faithkit, but he wasn't sure if that would happen now. Regardless, he wondered if Splashcloud's kits were more like Faithkit, or more...shrill. He hoped they would be a fun batch. At the very least, they deserved the distraction from what their littermates were going through.

Softsky nodded. The kits will love that! She mewed. Palekit, Rainkit, Ripplekit! She mewed to the kits. Come meet Tigersplash!

Palekit scampered over. Hi! He mewed. I'm Palekit!

Huh? Bramblekit barreled around a corner of the nursery and lost sight of Honeykit. How did she move so quick? He kept up with his pace until he was panting on the other side of the nursery. Where did she go? "Honey? Honeykit?" He called, looking around her his sister. He could only thing to go back to the corner where he'd lost her.

"Honeykit, where did you go?" He called, sniffing around. He could smell her, but... couldn't pin point it. "I'm gonna tag you!" He called, ears on a swivel hoping he would catch just a sound from her.

Tigersplash purred in response to Softsky's enthusiasm, standing tall as he prepared to greet the first kit. Okay Tiger, here goes! Hopefully they're cute and easy like Faithkit...oh stars he hopes so. And as Palekit scampered up, so far he was okay. "Hey Palekit!" He purred in greeting, smiling at the young cat. They seemed more self-assured than Faithkit, but that wasn't a bad thing. Heterochromatic eyes glanced around for the other two names mentioned. "Where are the other little scamps?" He mused out loud, keeping his tone light and playful. He knew he was an imposing figure, he didn't want to scare the little tykes.
