It was the ant cat! Antlerkit was the other kit that had joined them, but in that split second she could not perfectly remember her name. Lichenkit pushed herself to their feet, accidentally knocking some of the pebbles out of place again. They let out a quiet 'awww' as they noticed, but quickly reminded themself that it could be fixed later.
"Hi!" They said in a chipper tone. "How have you been? Seen any cool bugs?"

Applekit nods, “Starting to get warmer so it’ll be bug season sure enough, i was playing hide and seek with HoneyKit and i ended up in some dead reeds and found them rolling grey bugs.” Applekit sat down, watching as Lichenkit once again knocked the rocks over. “Find a strategy to stacking?” She lowered herself to the same level as LichenKit to look at the rocks.
Rolling gray bugs? They had never seen those before. Granted, they were pretty young, and hadn't been too interested in bugs until the previous conversation with Applekit.
"Maybe we can find some under rocks." She idly said aloud, thoughts brought back to pebble arrangement. Lichenkit looked back down at their collection, each smoothed due to countless moons under water. They gently nudged a new of them, trying to get them back into a circular pattern. "It seemed easy, but I keep pushing some out of place. Maybe it should be made bigger."

”Okay, okay i am sorry” she said a bit irritated, ”But can we just get over this” she said a bit more calmly. She just wanted this argue to end.

AppleKit eyes roamed over the rocks, “The one with The flattest surface is best for stacking and the roundest ones are hard to stack..” She noticed by how they stacked. “Have you tried using more then just rocks? My ma told me that some birds use dried mud to keep their twigs and other stuff in place.” Applekit wrap her little tail over her paws.
Her attention back to bugs she smirked, “If you flip some rocks you’ll find you some wriggly lil worms. If you’re lucky sometimes beetles.” She purred, slowly shed grown an interest in bugs just by observing her surroundings. It wasn’t an infactuation but just what she noticed and kept what she knew in sections like sorting rocks by how they looked but with memories of what she’d find.
"I was trying to use what I found in here." Lichenkit explained. Plenty of cats tracked in mud, but not a ton of it fell off. Not to mention she had not really considered using it. Starclan knows Mama Mountainspring would have probably dragged them away for a bath if they had tried. They could still end up getting one anyways.
"A lot of them were picked because they look nice." With their nose, Lichenkit pointed to a few in particular. There were a few gray pebbles in the pile, but one that they pointed out had a streak of white through it. Another was speckled pink and gray. "No worms under them, but this doesn't seem like a good place for them. Not to mention these probably came from outside..."
Lichenkit let out a small laugh, "This is boring, isn't it?"

Bramblekit clumsily spun around, nearly barreling himself over, to face his sister. He dropped his chest to the ground in a half crouching play bow and smiled at his sister. "Oh, c'mon, Sissy! We're playing, please don't get mad." He said, panting a big as he dropped his rear down and stayed ready in a crouch to leap away from her if she tried to tag him.
AppleKit frantically shook her head, “No at all! Honestly it’s more boring to sit in a den and not see creativity in the small things!” She mused as she lifted her head before returning to Lichenkit, “We could probably find some half dried mud or we could find a wall in here that you could dig little holes in to hold your rocks so you can see them all. It would be a shame to hide their pretty pattern.” Applekit suggested. Applekit had no idea of cleanliness, but she had a rather clean pelt for such a mindlessness to keeping away from mud.
"Good idea." Lichenkit nodded their head. A way to store them would be smart, especially with the kits running around. Starclan knew how fast they would end up disappearing. The little collection was something they eventually wanted to show others too, if things went well. Lichenkit stood up, bright green eyes scanning for a good spot along the Nursery's wall. "Maybe you could build one too? Of whatever you want, if you don't want to collect rocks."

”Okay then we continue playing” she Said happy while looking after her brother and started running after him. She felt the wind in her face. She started getting a bit tierd and was going to need to rest soon. @namen_roodles
The lilac kitten looked around as he spotted pebbles around the nursery. He probably saw these tiny little rocks frequently, but he enjoyed by the fact of how unusually smooth they’re shaped as, and by far how unique their appearances are. He hasn’t done anything with one of these, but now’s the chance to do so.
Antlerkit pads around, crisscrossing all over the nursery as he gathered as many pebbles as possible. And when his pebble-bearing maw or tail ran out of possible gapes to shove in more (Definitely not in the inside of his snout – he doesn’t enjoy the taste of rocks, actually), he’ll slide back to his nest as he gathers all of his pebbles into a small pile. Content with his collection, he grabbed the first pebble that catches his eye and placed it onto the most even surface he could find near the pile. Then there comes the second one – his eyes squinted as he was about to place the second one above the first. Ambition rises within himself, but he kept his calm balance, as he attempts to stack up the tallest pebble-tower of all.
