"Thanks for letting me know." He didn't really consider the situation a generous thing.. he wanted to help, and that was exploited. He appreciated the thanks to some extent but it was kind of meaningless unless ThunderClan proved they could handle their own mess from now on. "I'll pass it on to any of your Clan-mates that might be floating around.. is that all?"

"Yes, sir," Silversky nodded. "I'll be going now." With a flick of her namesake colored tail, she trotted out of RiverClan's camp.

Sproutkit hesitantly padded over to leopardkit, his mouth shaped into a small frown. What was he going on do if this went wrong? Stars would it be embarrassing! Oh yeah sure! I am really bored and every time I talk to a she kit she ignores me! So the only kits I seem to make friends with is a leaf! He laughed. @Mumble

There was no reason to beat the dead horse, so Lionstar dismissed Cottonstrike with a flick of his tail. "I hope you keep that promise."

Ashpool padded out of the nursery, taking a small break from the nursery. She had four healthy kits who were old enough to explore if they wanted to. The dark tortoishell she-cat padded over to a spot in the clearing and sat down. The queen felt the warm sun on her fur and it made her feel good.

Beanpaw spotted a cat from the nursery. Either a queen, or a really big kit. He approached the cat, wanting to introduce himself. He needed to make friends or whatever, right? "Hello! I’m Beanpaw," he said, pushing down his nerves. This was a Clanmate! He could talk to them.

Dreampaw twitched her ears with a sigh. "I'm sorry my mentor is like this, Lionstar. I know I shouldn't apologize for him but I want so badly to be a RiverClan warrior." Her tail flicked and she looked over at the cat he introduced named Snowfern. So she was to help her, huh?

Snowfern sighed quietly in relief. So she wasn't in trouble. Thank the stars for that. She nodded, a smile slowly growing on her maw, "Well, I haven't seen you around all that much, but hopefully we get along well" she mewed, looking at Dreampaw. Looking back at Lionstar, she mewed, "oh, I have enough time. It'll give me some more mentoring experience, so it seems like a win-win" she grinned. Hopefully things would go well, otherwise she wasn't sure what she was going to do.

Lionstar didn't know why she was apologizing. "Don't be sorry for another cat's actions. This isn't your fault." To Snowfern, he perked his ears. "Perfect. I believe she'll need some hunting and battle practice.. and then after that you can do her final assessment if you believe she's ready. I'll leave you both to it."

He rose to his paws and padded away.

Dreampaw watched Lionstar go then stretched her limbs, blinking warmly at her new.. mentor? She wasn't sure. She smiled. "Hi Snowfern. What first? I'm down for anything really."
