A small "Oomph" escaped her muzzle as Bushkit squashed her out of her comfy dozing.

"OK, OK I'm awake!" she squeaked as she attempted to wiggle out from under him, messing up her fur even more. "What do ya wanna play?"

”Eh…I’m not really that sure…” He didn’t have much to do except listen to gossip around the clan.

"Hi, Bushkit!," Rainkit meowed, briefly turning to look at her brother. "Greysquirrel was just about to tell me a story! Since you wanna know about it, maybe he can tell us a story about the gathering?," she asked excitedly, blue eyes turning back to Greysquirrel. "Please, daddy. Did ThunderClan have a fight with RiverClan? Was there action? Was there battle? OH, OH, OH! How was Aspenstar? Was she good? Did StarClan make the right choice? What do you think?"

Mistkit gave a small huff and fully rolled out from beneath her brother before getting to her feet and giving herself a shake in order to rid herself of the gunk in her fur.

"Well you wanna help me find some more pebbles for my collection?" she asked with a grin before bounding over to the nursery wall and moving a small leaf to reveal a few small rocks. "I wanna find some new pretty ones to show mama!"

“Yeah Dad! Can you tell us about the Gathering? I’ve been itching to know! He said, a big smile stretching across his face.

“Sure! I bet Ill find the prettiest though.” He remarked a bit snarkily, before bounding off to find the pebbles.

"Bet ya won't!" she retorted, scampering after him and scanning the ground for any new pebbles that caught her eye. Mama deserved the prettiest pebble ever, cause she was the prettiest cat! Even if she didn't find the first ones, she'd hunt down the nicst pebble she could even if it took till sundown!

He searched high and low for great pebbles. Soon, he spotted and then picked up two very beautifully textured pebbles. The pebble colors were a blueish gray and sandy tan.

(Bushkit is probably going to search on every surface of this planet and still Mistkit is going to find a prettier pebble 😔@Jayvines )

Mistkit separated from her brother to check out another spot (where she'd found some of her previous pretty pebbles), before crouching low to the ground and shuffling forward to inspect each one.

This one was too grey... Perhaps the brown stripy one?... She scooped that pebble up with her jaws before looking for another. Peering around close to the dirt she spotted one more pebble that reminded her of her mom's pelt; an orange-y stone with a few white spots. She quickly scooped that one up as well and trotted back to her brother with her tail held high in pride.

Tawnybird had a very valid point, she wasn't going to lie- while they didn't drive the coyote into the outskirts,,, ThunderClan certainly overstepped the line.

Cats had been killed because of some of their actions, whether direct or indirect. Yet, RiverClan's actions also impacted things.. she had just been verbally attacked by Snakeheart, accused of poisoning her own clanmates. ..,, thi- this is confusing.. Like another earthquake, thoughts erupted from the earth, splitting a crack.

Eveningstar.. he didn't deserve to be killed by the fishes leader- ,, but he certainty wasn't the.. best. Maybe if he had been more active, Petinuaflame's death could have been avoided. hhh. if you're going to play the blame game,,, . I truly have contributed. Prehaps if she had told Asepnstar the situation right when arriving back from the Starcave, instead of sleeping.. that could have helped. Green eyes glanced around. welp. Her clanmates where really rioting (even the kits it seemed). Icicleripple couldn't blame them too much,, as much as the senior warrior was right, so where they.

should I- really.. be considering this? After all- they've done... Lionstorm had killed her Dad, Rainywhisker, Applepaw, Dogspirit. Kestrelstar had killed Eveningstar, used poison most likely during a raid. (nothing to prove it to the other clans still,,, just like the RiverClan medicine cat said.. .) Taken Firefly cove.. their graveyard!! gosh gosh gosh.

In the end though, she couldn't bring herself to speak up. no,, not now.
