Tigerfur wasn't really comfortable with being a patrol leader. Even if it was only a hunting patrol, he knew he wouldn't be good at leading other cats. He was sure that he would have to, though. As he got up from his resting spot, he looked around. Were Berrybounce and Grimeyes looking for him yet? He'd better get this ''leader'' thing over with.

"I guess," she mumbled. "No, it's fine. Nothing I can't handle! I promise," a forced purr rise from her throat and she continued to listen to Icestar. It was amusing at first, a kit sizing up to a big leader. Jealousy kind of bristled her fur, she wished to be that bold, though, when dissing she-cats overall it made the grey apprentice wanting to give him a good scuff at his ears. The runt was raised wrong obviously. She moved in closer to the brown warrior feeling more at ease now that her brother is here. Icestar continued on once dismissing the tiny rude thing onto important matters that made her shuffle her paws wearily. Of course, it was exciting and well deserved for Shadowclan to take a paw forward out of all the clans. A vision of that vicious, maniac rogue eyes filled with hate, her tail quivered. There might be another battle in the near future. Once dismissed, she watched Icestar blend into the crowding cats and her eyes briefly met Maggotmouth before looking down. Her sadness wrapped around her like mist until a cat ran up, their maw against her ear to whisper some..actual good news! Grizzlypaw stared up at Maggotmouth this time her orange eyes shone with delight. "Guess who will be training me this time?" Unable to contain her excitement she said it anyways. Foxleaf walked into Icestar’s den. This was only his second time In her den, which was probably a good thing for his sake. “Icestar? I would like to ask you about the expansion patrols. I would like to join them if you would allow it.” He said shyly. Why was he like this? Foxleaf is never usually this shy to talk to anyone. But, he hadn’t really talked to Icestar that much. “Remember, this is for the good of the clan.” He thought anxiously.

The big brown-furred tom made his way over to the she-cats with a pleasant enough smile on his maw. He was very young yet he exuded an air of almost fatherly warmth as he greeted both Cherrymist and Sootmask with a friendly smile. He noticed how Sootmask appeared anxious and caught Cherrymist's words, but didn't ask what was wrong. "Sorry for being late, are we ready to go?" Bearspirit asked, faded green eyes switching from one cat to another as he waited for their answer with unquestionable patience.

The massive pitch black tom reluctantly made his way over his patrol with a frown forever etched into his maw. Grimeyes looked down at the tom, Tigerfur, with great disinterest. He looked very uncomfortable about something that Grimeyes did not bother asking about. The grim and dark tom waited for the cat to give the order so they could go.

The easy-going battle-scarred tom headed over to Icestar's den as soon as he heard that patrols were needed for expansion. Normally, Beastspark would leave such things for the cats who cared about responsibility, but since been assigned so many patrols as the leader and the fact that he's gotten used to reporting to her, Beastspark figured he'd see if he could help out with this. It was oddly nice being trusted with something. The large cat slowed his steps when he noticed the numerous scents occupying the leader's den already, he decided to wait outside the den since he wasn't really all that small and the last time he had been inside it had been a rather tight squeeze. "Icestar, I've come about the expansion patrols." He called, and then sat and waited.

She stifled a squeak of surprise, eyes wide as the other molly spoke. "N- No! I haven't..." Sootmask glanced down at her paws and cleared her throat, ears flattening. As Bearspirit approached, she looked up, nodding toward his direction. "Let's go," she mewed, quickly moving away from the other two, "We don't want to keep Icestar waiting." She glanced back at them before slipping out of the camp entrance, not wasting a heartbeat despite not being the patrol leader.

Tigerfur gave a slight nod as saw Grimeyes making his way over. He was determined not to show his anxiety in his words, although he was aware he must be giving it away in his posture, or his expression. "Let's wait for Berrybounce, and when she gets here we can head out."
