Snapfury looked around him. He hated it. He hated everything there. Too loud, and it was too stressful. He had too work so much on tuning everything out that it was getting harder too not yell. It was too chaotic, and he couldn't trust himself not to... Snap?
That's where his name came from. once he snapped, he was loud and angry. He didn't want to be that person. That cat was mean, and Larkstar had enough problems already and didn't need another problem creator.
Snapfury Folded his ears flat against his head, blocking out as much as possible. Fishpaw wasn't helping. Overwhelmed with stress, Spafury vigorously licked his leg fur and massaged the dirt. He tried to exert as much energy as possible (peacefully), but he felt like he was destroying his leg with how much he was licking it.
Snap began to bit his tail, which worked a bit more, but his fur began to come off, so he began attacking the dirt as if it was an enemy. As Fishbreath continued, he attacked harder.

She had spaced out hopefully long enough till it was time to call out the new apprentice's name. Yet that had never seemed to have come, instead, it was the tail ends of what were arguments amongst immature clanmates. One of which was her brother who had felt the need to scream at a way older apprentice compared to them. Slinking away into the shadows around them she then reappeared behind Winterpaw and placed a paw on his shoulder. "Win, you're being no better than the ones that were screaming their lungs out, don't go continuing a fight that was basically over" she would try to nicely advise her brother before taking a seat next to him.
Toadpaw listened as the fight escalated. Ottersplash threatened to attack Larkwing and then asked if anycat wanted to help her fight Larkwing. Nobody wanted to and some cats yelled at her for wanting to attack Larkwing in the first place. Not that the blind apprentice really cared. When Larkwing told the elders and the younger apprentices who didn't have any training yet to get the kits out of here Toadpaw was about to oblige, though she didn't care about the kits. She just wanted to prove that she was useful so everyone would like her more but Ottersplash was gone before she could take any of the kits away and it was soon time for the three kits who were being apprenticed to finally get their apprentice ceremony. Not that she cared.

Eaglekit's ears pinned back when she heard all the yelling, glancing back at Wingkit as he yowled about his brother. Sneaking out of camp... right, that was something that wasn't allowed. But everyone's eyes on the cat who had saved her made her pelt prickle with fury. She finally gathered up her courage, padding over to the larger warrior and settling at his feet, glaring at any cat that deemed it necessary to look at him with scorn. She didn't know anything about clan life yet, but she was certain that this tom did not deserve negative looks. She pressed herself into his fur, attempting to be comforting.
Luckily, the shouting died down, and the cat she assumed to be the leader continued with the rest of the meeting. She watched, fascinated, but did not leave Rushwater's side.
ALPINEPAW he/him. 8 moons. bicolor chocolate point tom with white paws; blue eyes; torn right ear
( purrks; agatha kitty, silver tongue
the meeting starts of relatively normal, but it's not long before chaos erupts. classic riverclan. some little buzzard-faced warrior named ottersplash started drama, which ended up in a whole lotta cats dog piling her. alpinepaw watches in amusement, snorting. the molly really has the audacity to throw a pity party when she realizes how many of her clanmates are against her. eyes narrowed, he scowls at ottersplash when she has the nerve to start crying. "warriors.." the ragdoll murmurs with a small scoff, watching the mousebrained cat leave riverclan entirely. it seems like cats just get dumber as they get older — he hopes that doesn't happen to him. he'd hate to be an ottersplash junior.
of course, even though he definitely dislikes the idea of authority, he doesn't think he'd ever be idiotic enough to say something like she did that started the whole mess. the warriors were completely at fault, anyway. aren't they supposed to be the ones making sure kits don't sneak out? alpinepaw rolls his eyes and shakes his head. glancing over, he notices a tom, snapfury, anxiously licking his leg. for a moment, the apprentice truly wonders if he has some sort of flea problem. he scoots over, away from the warrior. he starts to realize that it's not a flea problem snapfury has, when he watches the warrior begin to bite his tail and then attack the ground as if it was some sort of enemy.
what.., he thinks with a tilt of his head. he'll be honest, he's curious as to why the warrior is doing what he's doing. but, he's also too weirded out to say anything. so he just stares.
the arguing brought forth an unforeseen rage within dunepaw. Ears pinned back and maw peeling back to expose her teeth dunepaw found herself staring menacingly at ottersplash. If you touch her I’ll hunt you down and tear your insides out. but when the cat left she found herself calming down a bit more before shuffling back into place.

something wasn’t right when habit heard the other cats shouting and yelling at someone. Emerging from the medicine cats den he found himself dumbfounded by the amount of cats gathered. But the hostile environment made him freeze in his tracks. The small kitten found himself staring down a warrior whom others called ottersplash. Cold green eyes narrowed in interest as he slunk closer to hear the words of the gathered cats.
When otter threatened to attack lark he found himself tensing up almost on instinct his claws also came out. A few moments later everything was resolved and otter left.

Deerkit listened as the fight escalated, wondering why cats fought with their clanmates so much in RiverClan. FIghts with other clans were fine but fighting with your clanmates was silly. She sighed as Ottersplash threatened Larkstar and then asked all of the other cats at the meeting if they wanted to help her fight Larkstar. Fortunately, none of the other cats agreed to help her and some cats even yelled at her for wanting to attack Larkstar in the first place. When Larkstar told the elders and younger apprentices without any training to get the kits away from here Deerkit was about to drag herself back to the nursery but then Ottersplash left, the fight therefore never becoming physical, which was a good thing. Deerkit therefore remained, watching as the appremtice ceremony was finally started again, which was a good thing because she knew how excited the three kits must be to become apprentices and new apprentices was never a bad thing.
Rabbitkit and Blossomkit listened as the fight got worser. Why did grown-up cats like fighting their clanmates so much? Fighting other clans was fine but you weren't supposed to fight your own clanmates! Grown-up cats sure were weird sometimes cause they did things that didn't make sense, like fighting with your clanmates. The two sisters listened as Ottersplash threatened to attack Larkstar and then asked if anycat wanted to help her fight Larkstar. Obviously, nocat agreed cause they knew better. Rabbitkit and Blossomkit ignored Larkstar when she told the elders and younger apprentices to get the kits out of here because they were big kits now so they didn't need to leave the meeting cause they weren't babies anymore even though all of the grown-up cats still treated them like babies for some reason. The sisters were happy when Ottersplash went bye-bye cause that meant the fight was over. When Larkstar started the apprentice ceremony where it had stopped the two sisters were upset cause they wanted to be apprentices too but the grown-ups said they were to little even though they weren't babies anymore.
Wishkit sighed as the yelling escalated into a verbal fight. She hated fights. Especially when all of the fighters were clanmates. Wishkit listened as Ottersplash threatened Larkstar anr then asked if anycats wanted to help her fight Larkstar. Thankfully, nocat agreed, though some cats did yell at Ottersplash for wanting to fight Larkstar in the first place. She hated yelling. Yes, she knew why they were yelling, but that didn't mean that she didn't hate it nearly as much as she hated fighting. When Larkstar told the elders and younger apprentices who didn't have any training yet to get thekits out of here Wishkit decided to get herself out of here because she was VERY happy to get away from the fighting and yelling. Ottersplash ended up leaving before she got herself into the nursery and so she stayed to watch the kits be apprenticed, certain that they were excited to be apprenticed.
Sparrowkit sighed as the yelling turned into a fight. Why did grown-up cats always have to fight with their own clanmates? That wasn't right! Silly grown-up cats. Sparrowkit listened as Ottersplash threatened Larkstar and then asked if anycats wanted to help her attack Larkstar. Sparrowkit wasn't surprised when nobody did and some cats yelled at her for wanted to attack Larkstar cause Larkstar was a good leader. When Larkstar told then elders and younger apprentices to get the kits out of here Sparrowkit questioned whether she should go to the nursery, but she decided to wait until somecat took her to the nurseey. Fortunately, Ottersplash left without atacking Larkstar and then the kits that were going to become apprentices got their ceremory started again.
Beekit continued sniffing everythinh everything, especially the grass and felt the grass right next to Deerkit, completely unaware of the yelling that escalated into a fight and the apprentice ceremony. (All open)

a tall silver classic-tabby with well groomed short to medium length fur and icy blue eyes
now finally awaken to the point of no return by the persistent noise, the silver tom lifted his head off his paws to glance towards their leader, perched up on the floodstone, towering over everyone and everything in the clearing, and especially the considerably sized crowd that had formed infront of her.
it took no more than a sigh and a sizeable eyeroll from the tom to get up from the spot he had been resting on and shake off the condensation that had settled in his fur.
his cold blue eyes still fixed on the crowd, the feline took another moment to stretch his body and fully rid himself of the sluggish feeling remaining from his slumber before beginning to stalk towards the crowd.
having been awaken so rudely during his well deserved rest he was already mentally preparing himself either for someone to be a fool and get in his way, like one or the other of his mousebrained clanmates tended to do, or to leave the meeting in an even worse mood, knowing he had just wasted valuable rest time.
to some he might seem like an ill tempered brat but he liked to view things realistically and therefore quickly came to the straightforward conclusion that he was simply the only one around who knew their worth. plain and simple.
letting his eyes wander over the crowd he considered a spot further to the back but decided that if he was going to attend, he might as well sit at the front.
head and tail held high in ever-present pride and confidence he continued taking light, sure steps towards the crowd, ears twitching periodically to follow sounds of the low murmur going through the crowd.
he hadnt expected total silence from his clanmates but it seemed like even he had overestimated how well behaved they could present themselves..
he took his place at the side of the crowd near the front, tail slowly swishing back and forth in irritation, craning his head to take another glance at larkstar before averting his gaze to take to grooming himself.
someone had to keep their apperance pristine and if it wasnt him noone would.
...
the tom had quite honestly expected nothing but drama from another meeting..but..well.. a guy can dream.
having followed the shouting match and impromptu exile in silence, only getting up and into a more aggressive, tense stance when the situation got really heated, the silver tabby ultimately decided to speak up himself.
positioning himself in clear sight of his leader, his fur ruffled slightly from having bristled in agitation mere minutes earlier, but still visually confident, not a doubt in what he was going to say.
"hey man listen, larkstar, i am in complete support of your decision to exile ottersplash but i think some of us should go catch up with her and escort her to thunderclan, to have her pay for her actions or, even better, kill her for the damage she has brought to our clan.. to YOUR clan."
he spoke, clear and loud, not shouting but raising his voice enough to be heard and understood by his clanmates.
he hadnt wanted to disrupt larkstar in such a rude matter, and felt a pang of guilt at the thought of the poor kits having their ceremonies disturbed again, especially with such a grim topic.
quickly recovering from the momentary regret and what results it could have on his image he schooled his face back into a more neutral expression, his ears coming to a halt, no longer trying to follow other sounds but now purely focussing on larkstar.

She/her | 19 moons | Mind Reader - PERM ACTIVE A sleek dilute tortie she-cat with green eyes
Ottersplash left. Good riddance. Part of Lark desperately wanted to give her some wounds to think about on the way out but she held herself back, taking a deep, shuddering breath before turning around to see none other than Fishface clambering up the Floodstone. She had half a mind to yell at him, to scold him to get down from there, but then he opened his maw and, honestly, Lark just wanted to see where he'd go from here, hoping the reproachful stare she leveled him with was enough to convey her thoughts.
Honestly, not a single thing he said was strictly wrong and that kinda just pissed her off, but that minor annoyance that threaded through her was nothing compared to how he had? Stood up for her? He'd done it in his weird, angry and abrasive manner, but he'd done it nonetheless. Hell, he'd even called her by her proper title (though that was likely just for appearances). When he finishes, she doesn't remove her gaze from him, but the anger in it settles down some.
Feeling like things can possibly get back on track (she might genuinely give someone some wounds to think about if they start up again) (maybe), the leader takes a small breath before making her own way onto the Floodstone. She doesn't say anything to Fishface as she passes him to sit at the front, instead twitching her whiskers at him in a way that indicates reluctant gratitude and that he should maybe take his place with the rest of the idiots so things can continue properly, hard gaze set on Winterpaw when he speaks out against Fishpaw.
"If you're all quite done here," she begins, green eyes remaining on Winterpaw to indicate she was mostly addressing his little statement, "theres a few more ceremonies to finish before the rest of what I wanted to talk to you about. So, Baykit, Bonekit, Smolderkit, the three of you come on up here." A smile tries to worm it's way to her face, and she hopes it's genuine enough.
