After all, Nightkit had only talked to her father, Fawnpetal, and her siblings, there weren’t any other queens in the nursery right now either. "Do you need anything Fennelkit?"

Fennelkit shook her head, and then ran over. "Thank you." She whispered, looking up at Fawnpetal.

Smokeyfang watched Goldpaw as he got his official mentor. The molly was so proud of her son. The molly waited until it was all over before she padded over to Goldpaw. She let out a purr. "Congradulations my son. I'm very proud that you got a mentor.", Smokeyfang meowed with a approving smile. The she-cat gave him a lick on the cheek with pride.

Goldpaw accepted the praise with a warm purr, but when his mother licked his cheek he tried to act more nonchalant. "It's no biggie, everyone get's a mentor at some point, right?" He licked his paw and brought it to his face to clean it. "Well, I won't be able to laze around camp as much, I fear. Including now- I should go, actually!" Goldpaw's words were joking at first, but he realized the truth in them and perked up half-way through his sentence. He winked happily at his mother before rushing off.

Tigerpaw padded up to Owlfeather as he heard her calling him. He gave his chest one more lick as he arrived. As he stood before her he noticed that she reall was kind of old. He was slowly getting used to Owlfeather, just a little, what if she croaked before she finished training hi!m!!. That wasn't a fun thought. "You're getting older by the second. Don't pass before you finish training me." He told his mentor in a snobbish kind of way. The fact that he even cared that she could pass was a milestone with someone like him. His attention turn to the odd she-cat that was leading the patrol. He wasn't sure he liked her all that much. "Let's go." He called, a little impatient as he was eager to be out of camp. He didn't exactly wait as he took to heading over to exit and out into the territory. He was pretty certain by now that Owlfeather wouldn't just let him wander around alone by now.

Icestar glared down at the pitiful creature as he flailed beneath her grasp.
"Are you listening to me? You are banished! You are no longer allowed to call this clan your home!" She hissed into his face. She was going to keep holding him here until he stopped flailing about and actually listened to her. She could do this all day, but she really didn't want to, as she was becoming bored and annoyed with him very quickly. When it was clear that he wasn't going to stop struggling, she lifted a paw into the air and aimed to strike at his face.

Suddenly, Shadestripe was yanked back into reality to the sensation of a warm liquid pooling in his left eye, which he could no longer see from.

Due to shock, he did not feel any pain from it. Little did he know that the eye was almost completely obliterated.

He was breathing heavily but had stopped thrashing. Shadestripe had finally realized that his life was in Icestar's claws, and not hers in Shadestripe's.

Damn.

"Whaddaya want, Icesstar?" He slurred. The blood from his eye was dribbling down his face and into his mouth, which he promptly spat out. "Can't we talk after the fight- I mean, uh- my beating?" At this he spat in her face.

If I'm going down, I'll show everyone that I'm not afraid to face it!

The leader was growing increasingly confused.
"I don't know what in StarClan's name is wrong with you, but we were talking, before your little stunt here," She growled. Now that he seemed to have come to his senses, she stopped pinning him to the ground, and flicked his blood from her paw.

"I'm going to tell you one last time. Get out of my clan, and do not come back. I refuse to keep warriors who foolishly attack their leader instead of facing the repercussions for their actions with at least a scrap of dignity!"

Snowfrost nodded her head to the deputy as he walked passed. It's been a little bit since she was last assigned a patrol so she was eager to be off. The warrior shifts her ice eyes over to her apprentice and the warrior accompanying her. "Are we ready to go?" She asked, her thoughts momentarily drifted as she recalled the odd alliance Shadowclan now had with Thunderclan. She still wasn't sure about that nor did she like the fact that Icestar was making an enemy out of Windclan for little to no reason. The Russian blue pushed that out of her mind for the time being as she needed to focus on the patrol.
