A creature that resembled a fox watched from the top of a low building, poised in a way that would prepare him to spring if needed. He stared at the two humans with wide, neon eyes. It appeared as if it were staring into their souls. @The Curious @Beyond_Carrot

"Wandering...." she said "What are you doing? Your the first human I've seen since yesterday." Oh I hope they didn't go after Spaceman or Blackteeth. Oh that's probably exactly where they went... she thought

Suddenly, Zen shivered, as if she were being watched. "Do you feel that?" she asked Cloak Girl anxiously but didn't wait for her to answer. Risking a glance upwards, she noticed a vulpine figure crouching atop a nearby roof. Her power started to activate but she mustered a force of will and muted it, turning instead to study the face. Its eyes were supernaturally bright, but the gaze wasn't evil or good. It was simply... studying her. @Ikoria the Wolf Pup@The Curious

The creature warbled a little curiously, almost sounding like a low growl, but it didn’t move at all, it’s body, head, mouth, stayed perfectly still. Not even it’s eyes blinked nor did it take a breath.

(Sounds like this at 1:12-1:16, but a little bit higher) @The Curious @Beyond_Carrot

(Also, Carrot, here’s what it looks like, except it should be brighter. It glows, especially the eyes, just doesn’t effect the surroundings.

Zen's breath caught. She'd met one of these before. "Stay still," she muttered to Cloak Girl out of the corner of her mouth, but her eyes remained fixated on the luminous face above her. @Ikoria the Wolf Pup @The Curious

She looked up. Oh that thing... she thought She looked at Zen agian "Call me Noface." she said. She looked over agian as it started to growl "Just ignore it." she said a small light coming from her cloak as she put her hand in her cloak to quit the light. When it's on you can see a bit of her face but only her pale skin.

Zen glanced at Noface in surprise. "Zen," she said by way of introduction. "You do know what that is, right? I've met them before." She stayed still, but for some reason, she could feel some other presence-- something that was deterring the power of the Thing above them. She cocked her head again, one of her many quirks. "You don't happen to have..." Her eyes widened as she glimpsed a warm glow of light spark and then fade beneath the girl's cloak. "Are you..." Before she could finish her sentence, however, a familiar tug in her gut made her eyes widen. Not this again. How could this possibly be--- Without even letting her finish her thought, her ability activated with a vicious yank of power, and brittle white skeletons broke the ground's surface, erupting all around them. @Ikoria the Wolf Pup @The Curious

"Yes... I am..." she said as the wind blew off her cloak showing her jumpsuit. "H-How did you do that?" she said. "Before Spaceman came I-I thought I was the only one left..." she said "I ,agian, remember I'm the third one on earth...." she said looking at Zen.

"That's... amazing," Zen stuttered, filled with real surprise, but at the moment she had a more pressing predicament. The wolf thing on the roof was still watching them, and Noface looked much more relaxed now that she had shown her true face, but Zen was pushing herself overtime to urge the Ossei back into the earth. Apparently, neither of the beings had noticed their appearance yet-- which was good-- but in order to keep it that way she'd have to think fast. "Evansce,", she murmured quietly, but the silent soldiers showed no sign of having heard her. Oh, come on... Taking a deep breath, Zen commanded, "Evansce!" a the top of her lungs, and within seconds, the skeletal army had buried itself in the ground again. She swallowed. Her new alien friend was looking at her very strangely, and she didn't like that the lupine visitor on the roof was still hanging around. Maybe this one wasn't a threat, but the last time she'd encountered a creature like that... she resisted the urge to shudder. It hadn't been pretty.

Why couldn't her powers just stay dormant as they had up until three months ago? Now was not the time, she silently scolded herself. Opting for a weak grin she tried to distract Noface from her odd behavior. "Just, eh, making sure my lungs are working!" she tried, well aware that she was only worsening the situation. "So... wow. You're an alien?" @Ikoria the Wolf Pup @The Curious

After then dug themselves into the earth, it first tried to dig after them, but it’s head shot straight up and stared at the people again, walking slowly towards it, it’s “fur” (if you could call it that) stand up.@Ikoria the Wolf Pup @The Curious

(There’s only one creature like it, and that is it itself. It is deformed, yes, but not in a normal way. A magical way.)
The creature saw the skeletons burst from the ground, and startled it. DANGER! DANGER! THEY’RE GONNA GET ME!! thought the creature, for once it was sentient, and once it could speak, and still.. possibly.. could. It lifted it’s head and let out a shrill, ear-piercing scream. It leapt down from it’s place, onto one of the skeletons. It started attacking more, it’s long pitch black claws unsheathed, mowing down skeletons like paper.
