Re: The Shadowledge
~Smokepaw~ Smokepaw was surprised. Why was he being called up there? Was it...? No, he couldn’t believe it. Smokepaw stepped forward.

Re: The Shadowledge
Ashenpaw
___________
Ashenpaw, for the first time in quite a while, held a look of pure shock on his face. Him? Well, that was....unexpected, to say the least. However, he quickly covered the surprise on his face with the normal blank, slightly disinterested expression he seemed to hold most of the time. He wasnt quite sure what to think of Dawnstar, to be honest, but at least she knew when to take action and how to terminate any and all threats to the clan. He could really ask for much more in a leader.
Stepping forwards next to the other apprentices, the brown tom couldnt help but feel a small pang of disappointment in his heart. Darkpaw wasnt going to be getting her name alongside him. He hadnt expected her to go missing for that short period of time only to return with numerous injuries, not at all, but it had noticeably put her training at a standstill. Oh well, she would probably be getting her warrior name next meeting anyways. Casting one more gaze to the medicine cats den, he shook of the thought and instead turned his set and unreadable gaze up to Dawnstar, a small smirk grew on his face. Finally, after so many moons, he was getting some recognition.

Re: The Shadowledge
Ah, the time had come it appeared. Grimhound had only been his mentor for a short while, but in the short time he felt a bit of pride towards Badgerpaw. That cat was going to grow into a wonderful warrior, and a dangerous opponent. Amber eyes flashed to look for the large brown tabby who was almost the size of Dawnstar, and in turn himself. There was an... unknown emotion that flashed in his gaze, something of familiarity that he’d noticed right upon picking up Badgerpaw’s training.
But he’d leave it alone for now, instead refocusing his gaze onto Dawnstar. She certainly had a way with names - so what would Badgerpaw’s be?

Re: The Shadowledge
Silentpaw winced a bit at Dawnstar's words, but not too much. She had almost no fighting training. How could she fight dogs? She couldn't fight another apprentice yet, much less a ruthless, violent creature 5 times her size! No, it was better she stayed back. Silentpaw had helped fill the fresh-kill pile for the returning fighters, what else could she do? Going along would just drag the others down. Hunting was her area of expertise right now.
As Silentpaw watched the four named cats come up to the Shadowledge, she couldn't help but feel jealous. That'll be me someday, just you watch!
Scorchstrike smiled a bit. She knew Dawnstar was talking about her, even if not directly. Killing two dogs while mere days away from kitting was a tremendous effort, and she knew it wasn't something she could, or would, pull off again.
When Dawnstar talked about the bigger picture, Scorchstrike couldn't help but feel like the leader was staring straight at her. Scorchstrike hadn't thought Dawnstar was the right leader at all at first. But she was starting to warm up to the cold-hearted cat a bit, even though she wouldn't admit it. Shadowclan is pretty strong right now. Even if I don't appreciate Dawnstar's violent methods, I have to admit they seem to be working.

Re: The Shadowledge
Badgerpaw didn't react on any way. He was a bit surprised that at this one he wouod be a warrior. He didn't know it was hoing to be right now. He had trained hard for the past moons. He knew he was ready.
The brown tabby tom looked over at Grimhound. He actually managed ro finish his training. He nwvee believed he could do it. There was a new respect for the tom that wasn't there before. The large tom looked at Dawnstar and stepped forward.

Re: The Shadowledge
Frecklepaw || Open
Frecklepaw looked at the ground in shame, he hadn't been around to help with the dog attack and his gaze clouded with guilt.
He looked up and saw Smokepaw, Ashenpaw, Fiercepaw, and Badgerpaw. They were all great apprentice and deserved to become warriors.

Re: The Shadowledge
Sprucefall sat down in the back of the croud. Dawnstar was all muscle and no brain. She pondered what the weakness of Dawnstar could be. ( @ ShadowWing65 incase Moonshadow noticed)

Moonshadow was near the back of the crowd of cats. Her side still hurt from the injury she’d gotten from the dog attack. She was getting tired of the chatter of other cats and moved to the back, where she spotted Sprucefall.

Re: The Shadowledge
@ ShadowWing65 (I may have to go soon its ~9pm where I live) Sprucefall noticed the she-cat and walked over. She whispered. "Later see me, too many cats right now. We
sneak through the dirtplace hole, and pad toward the ThunderClan border. No one will find us there. we need to discuss something."

Re: The Shadowledge
And the Badger only grew stronger.
Remembering how badly he treated Badgerpaw the last meeting was an unpleasant surprise. The arguing, the insults, the kit-like behavior from both himself and the Apprentice made him upset. He lowered his head; maybe the Warrior did deserve to become a Warrior. Or maybe he was too big to be called an Apprentice anymore. Whatever the case was, he hated what happened, and wanted to make up for it, but felt his ears flatten when he thought of apologizing. It was too late most likely. He'd just have to get over it. Like majority of things.
