He sttands up on his hind paws, and lashes out at the warrior before falling back onto his paws and feinting to the right, then lunging the left. He rushes her, and tries to deliver a blow to her right shoulder with his claws sheathed.

Rolling under his first move, Vineglow took the chance to attack by leaping up before hopefully pinning him down.

He scrambles backwards, but trips over his paws, and lands on his back. He mutters curses under his breath as he struggles to stand.

Taking the chance, Vineglow dragged him by the tuft before hopefully slamming him down again.

Cardinalpaw struggles and right before he's slammed, he gets free. Now he turns around and narrows his eyes at her. He misjudged the cat's strength. He searches for something in the terrain to use as his advantage.

Juniperpaw emerged from the apprentices den, ready for another day of learning. He was ready to take on anything! Well except ShadowClan. He would stay away from ShadowClan. Juniperpaw paced around the clearing, waiting for his mentor Blackfir.

The black and white tom padded through the clearing, quickly spotting his apprentice. He redirected his path to intercept the lively young tom. He smiled as he approached. "Woke up on the right side of the nest this morning, hm?" He chuckled lightly. "Well good, because for battle training you need to be sharp. Come on." He turned and flicked his tail to signal for Juniperpaw to follow as he trotted out the camp entrance and into the soft litter of the territory. He padded, keeping one ear angled back on his apprentice until he slowed at the training cave. He turned, letting his claws flex out then back into their sheaths. "We'll start with the basics. It's actually very similar to hunting. Your balance and awareness is paramount. Get down into a hunter's crouch, just like you're stalking prey. Then pounce at me."

Moonpaw walked into the training cave, hoping to find a worthy opponent to match her newly developed skills.
