Had he snored that loud so that Duckfluff had woken him up? That was the first thought that came to mind when he woke up. "Oh, that would be great!" his voice cut off as he made a long yawn and stretched his forepaws. His claws flexed inward and outward when he stretched making it feel more pleasant. A little crack was heard once he was done and he flicked an ear and looked at the other warrior. "Shall I lead the way?"
He was fine with not leading, but since he had dragged the tom along, he could chose if he wanted to lead or not. While he waited for a response he tried to remember how long he had slept. The sun hadnt changed that much, just an inch or two deeper, about to settle into the curve of the hills and mountains, the beginning of sunset. He looked at the sun and almost flinched. It was setting, but it was still very, very, bright!

The cream colored tom flicked his tail and stretched again, yawning. His muscles were getting stiff from grooming for so long. He turned his gaze to the sky. It even looked like the sun was starting to set! Boy how time flies! He turned his head back to look at Butterflyblaze when he spoke. “Sure you can lead! You have kind of been the teacher all day!” He meowed with a teasing smile and a twitch of his whiskers.
As they headed back, and Duckfluff followed behind Butterflyblaze he felt his eyes beginning to droop. What a long but lovely day today had been. He had made a friend and he had gotten some grooming done! It was a totally win-win. He knew he would sleep soundly tonight.
[Sure sounds good! Do you want to start or should I?]
