Berryscorch was still wary of this little oddball. Her expression and the way she spoke--she clearly recognized herself in this cat now. And what the young tortoiseshell said next definitely snagged her attention. "Tell me... what've you heard about me, hm?" The bicolored molly hadn't been aware of any stories circulating about her. Though she supposed tidbits of information about every cat went around now and again. "Blizzardsky's not my lover--far from it. Call him a dumbass all you want. We all know that's his only proper title." This was accompanied by a short glare. She wasn't keen on being paired with Blizzbutt.

As Goslingkit continued on, the molly narrowed her eyes in objection. The rumors weren't true, eh? She doubted that. Despite the fact that she'd said nothing too out of the ordinary yet, Berryscorch could already tell there was a deeper layer to Goslingkit's personality. Oh, and there it was. "Yeah, I know her. We met at a gathering a while back and hung out a couple times after." She left out the fact that it had been in the Dark Forest. Goslingkit didn't seem like the type to tattle about that, yet it was better to be safe than sorry. "Dismemberment... interesting choice. What makes you think you'd be able to carry that out without any combat training, hm?" Contrary to her tone, she hadn't intended to seem demeaning with that question. It was a substantial inquiry, for she knew Sparrowsnap had also been experienced in the field of battle.

Baykit frowned. They'd also forgotten what their question had been. "Um... I don't remember. Oops. Anywaysssss, can I show you some of my battle moves? I made them up myself! Maybe you could even give me some pointers? You don't have to if you don't wanna, of course. But, if you want..." They looked up at the warrior with wide, pleading eyes. Now of course, they didn't know any real battle moves or techniques. But they often enjoyed making up random blows and swats when they were alone and bored in the nursery.

The tom turned and started to head out of camp. "I'll be showing you the borders first. If we have time, we can start on hunting he told the apprentice. His copper eyes gleamed with confidence but to be honest, Dogflame was quite nervous. The fox-like warrior glanced behind his shoulder to see if Dovepaw was following, waiting a few moments before ducking out of camp.

The tom sat by the edge of the clearing, staring at his black paws. He had an apprentice. He was a mentor now. That still puzzled Dogflame, as he thought Lionstar was disappointed with him. Now, the fox-like cat had the duty of training a young molly to become a great warrior. A sigh escaped him, copper eyes full of anxiety.

Duckbounce walked up to the RiverClan deputy as she slid over the prey her and her apprentice had caught. "Here's the prey we caught. It was a pretty successful trip.. but I did get attacked by a feisty woodpecker." The molly said as she took a second to look down at the woodpecker that laid dead in the pile with all the other animals.

Duckbounce was already going to say yes, but with with Baykit's small little face, there was no way of denying. "Of course! Go at it." The molly backed up to give the kit room to preform her "battle moves." The warrior would actually be surprised, though, if they knew any real battle moves already; but she bet that was a far throw from reality.

Halfpaw bounced over to her mentor once she caught sight of him, bobbed tail waggling excitedly.
"Hey, heeyyyy. Are we gonna do some training today?"
She'd been excited to for a while, been waiting, been wondering where Dogflame was.
She was glad he was here now.

"Y-Yeah. I'll show you the borders and territory today" the tom told Halfpaw. Two apprentices. Right. Dogflame had nearly forgot, over-whelmed with the idea of mentoring Dovepaw. Next training session, he would train the two together. Yes. The next training session would be simple battle moves. He flashed a forced smile to the molly and padded towards the camp entrance. "Which clan border will we see first?" the warrior asked his apprentice.

Flyfur.... did not like the tone that came from Lionstar, or the fact he called her darling.
This couldn't be good. Nothing good.
She reluctantly came by, breath held, her gait awkward still from the badger.
And then.... she caught sight of the body. A body. A kit body. She couldn't recognize it at first, but then she noticed it resembled one of her missing kits and flinched backward.
"What happened? Where did you find her and-- is that- is that my Alderkit?"
Her lower lip began to tremble and a sob caught in her throat.
She was used to cats leaving her, she was used to death. Of adults. Not kits, and certainly not her own. She wanted to scream, to cry, to sob. But she can't, she couldn't. She was still needed and breaking down wouldn't do any good for anyone, and certainly not herself.
