Shadow rolled his eyes at Midnight and licked Thyme's ear.

Vale somehow managed to get behind his mother and pouched on her, nipping at her ear.

* She felt Vale jump on her. She playfully batted him off claws sheathed. *
" Vale sweetie please don't do that. If you want to play go play with your sister. "
* She licked his ear. *

" Don't go far now. "
* She laughed. *

Shadow rolled his eyes as Vale bolted after Midnight. Midnight clearly takes after her mother, Shadow thought. The young she-cat's courage and bravery are like Thyme, and the longing to explore the big wide world was just like him. Vale, on the other paw, with his black fur and eyes like Thyme's, takes after his father. Always wanting to protect. It was cute.

Vale ran after Midnight and pounced on her. "PINNED YA!!!" He roared before leaping off his sister and bolting off happily.

* She stood back up and yowled after Vale. *
" Vale wait momma said don't go to far. "
* She padded back to Thyme mewing. *
" Momma I'm hungry. "

* She looked down at Midnight. *
" Well if your hungry want to try a piece of prey or no. "
* She pulled a mouse over to them. *

* She shook her head. *
" No prey. "
* She nuzzled her way to her momma's belly and latched on. *

Barley looked down to see a cat. " My name is Barley l, who are you," asked Barley looking at her then looking back at the river.

Shadow smiled at Midnight. She clearly takes after her mother. He knew it. He lifted his head and called Vale's name. No answer.

Vale was already a good distance away from the barn that he didn't hear his father call him. So much fun! he scratched trees and chased insects. Until the sun started going down and he was lost. Uh oh... He scrambled up a tree and stayed on the branches, too scared to come down.

" VALE!!!!! "
* She padded in the direction he went. *
" Stay here keep Midnight safe. Barley I need your help. "
* She kept padding towards Vale's smell. *

Shadow nodded and laid close to midnight, dragging his daughter towards him.

Vale climbed higher in the tree, shaking in fear, and let out a scream as an owl suddenly picked him up. "HELP!!!!!" He roared as the owl carried him higher and higher before swooping down again.

* She heard Vale yowl out. She ran off only to see him being carried by an owl.When the owl swooped down towards them she jumped up and brought the owl down with her killing the owl. She picked up Vale and started licking him to calm him down. *
" It's okay sweetie mamma's got you. Shh shh calm down I got you. "
* She picked him up and padded back to Shadow and Midnight setting him down she curled around Midnight and Vale and hugged them. Midnight nuzzled her way towards her mothers belly and started to suckle. *
