Cottonkit glared at Falconkit. The fluffy kit stuck out his tongue at the she-kit before walking over to his nest, laying down in it. He kept glaring at them from the mss nest.

Falconkit glared right back at Cottonkit. She then turned to look at Berrykit.
“Are you okay? You have nothing to be sorry for! I am always here for you, no matter what!” She nuzzled her sister, while sticking her tongue out at Cottonkit.

Myrtlepaw purred as his mentor initially seemed to be quite proud of him. However as the grey tom went on speaking, the russet apprentice realised he had still much progress to make. After Plover had laid to rest, Myrtle joined him, resting against his side. Of course he didn't want to disappoint, so he went in to grab another bite of the bird. Though the taste was still unpleasant to him, he was able to eventually get another bite down with more ease than his previous attempt. It was not without struggle though, his stomach once again felt sick after swallowing the meat. This will be the hardest part to get over... He thought. The pain grew, and he leaned more closely into Plover's fluff as a form of comfort. It stayed like this for awhile until eventually it all subsided, suddenly his mood about taking another bite had changed. "It still makes my stomach really upset... it takes too long to stop hurting even when I break from eating the meat! When will I be able to eat this without suffering?" His mew was pitiful, however he suddenly had a devious plan soon after he whined. The young cat would wait for the grey tom to fall into sleep, he knew the cat would fall asleep quite easily while laying in the sun. The wait would definitely take some time, but the russet tom would do whatever he could do avoid taking another bite at just this moment.
