echopaw blinked awake as she sat up out of her nest, she closed her eyes and extend her paws on the ground in a nice yawn, echopaw had almost slipped due to having no claws to grip the ground. echopaw got up and trotted out to go find gingerrain or elderpaw. @implimm @FlameQueen

When Coldsong finally made it back to camp, he immediately began searching for the new deputy. What was his name again? Brindle...jaw? Ew. What a horrible name. He should ask Twilightstar for a name change.

"BRINDLEJAW! I'm back from the ShadowClan border patrol, ready to report." He called out, looking around for the tom. His tail lashed irritably behind him, ready to rant on about how useless his patrol members were.

echopaw trotted out and scanned the clearing looking for gingerrain or elderpaw. echopaw sighed, she really wanted to show that gingered tom she could be a good hunter and fighter without her claws! She looked herself down and saw her pelt and saw it was a little messy, she didn't want gingerrain to see her like this! echopaw gentle started cleaning her fur back into a silky white. she found a nice patch of sun and sprawled out watching the clearing for the two. @FlameQueen @implimm

Eaglesoul was eating a piece of shrew, or so the dark and light brown tabby thought. He was starting to pack on some weight but that was it, it was more fat than it was muscle and it wasn't what the tabby needed no he needed muscle and he needed something so he wasn't as unstable as he currently was. His past in the medicine den didn't do him any good, and now he was left with the after shocks of trying to get over a death threatening genetic disease that caused you blindness for the rest of your life. He shook his head trying to clear the frustration that was clouding his mind at that very moment and tried to focus on what was ahead of him, or well what was under his nose at that moment. His thick fur, thicker than what would be expected in Windclan, hang loosely around his thin frame and he gave another sigh. Bowing his head to take the last bite of the prey he felt the wind blow through him and that was when his thin figure truly became apparent.

Deciding that maybe sleep would be a good idea - although out in the open - he pushed himself further into the gorse and laid down, resting his blind blue eyes on his paws as he gazed out at the nothingness that was his blindness. It was dark, it was always dark. No he couldn't fall into despair, he was Eaglesoul, he bore the soul of a creature that was rarely seen but was told to be as majestic as the clan leaders, something to be respected and something to be honored. Too deep into his thought he didn't realize the sound of paw steps signaling another's approach.

Deerblossom just came back from hunting. The tom padded towards the fresh-kill pile, his tail high. He dropped his prey, a small rabbit, onto the pile and grabbed a scrawny hare for himself. The brown tom sat down and took a bite of the food. After taking two more bites and finishing the prey, he looked around. His belly still rumbled for more, but he didn't pay attention to it. He walked up to one of the other cats in the clearing. From where he was at that moment he couldn't see who it was. "Hey!" He meowed to the tom who's back was still turned towards him. As he came closer Deerblossom recognized the cat as Eaglesoul. He sat down next to the blind tom and looked down on him. "How you doing?"

echopaw let out a small sigh, "I'm sure I can show gingerrain how good of a fighter i can be..." she mumbled half to herself, echopaw was really bored and she once again looked around the clearing for somecat to talk to. @implimm @FlameQueen

Curlkit approached this new cat. They probably weren't new, but they were to him. They could probably answer his question. "Hi! Can you answer a question for me? What'sa tangent? Why life? What is love? Do you like food? What's your ffllaavvoorriittee food? I like food. I dunno what my flavorite food is. What's your name? I'm Curlkit!"

echopaw smiled as a small breeze blew in her fur, but she flinched when her bell jingled a little, she closed her eyes tight remembering her humans letting her outside and then she never saw them again, she opened her eyes and frowned at her collar.

Heading south of camp, Larksong decided that the best thing to do would be to show a few of the training and hunting areas to Shrewpaw first. They had previously taken a similar route on their way to their RiverClan patrol, however because she wasn't his mentor at the time, didn't point out most of the significant places in WindClan's territory. "You've been here before, Shrewpaw," the she-cat meowed, "however it may have been hard to see with sleepy eyes and piles of snow. So, let me show you what's around us now," she explained, stopping in place. Facing south, the she-cat turned her head towards the west. She loved being able to see so far on the barren moor, and since it was winter, the apprentice could also see without a bunch of thick grass in the way. "If you look in this direction, you can see where the training moor begins. That's where we will eventually be doing a lot of battle training. The ground is well worn and not a lot of grass grows there because of how often our clanmates are there," she explained.

Turning her head to the east, the Dead Tree was in plain sight, definitely a huge contrast for their territory. "Over there, you can see the Dead Tree. It's one of the very few trees on our territory, that is unless Twilightstar decides to take some land from ShadowClan," she joked. "As the name implies, the tree is... not alive. I wouldn't recommend climbing it, but I don't think there are any WindClan cats even built for climbing. We're not squirrels like those ThunderClanners."

As she began to walk in the direction towards the RiverClan border, she flicked her tail to signal Shrewpaw to follow her. "When you go south here, you end up at the cliffs that we saw on patrol. It's very dangerous to hunt there unless you are extremely aware of the territory. No herbs can heal a cat that slip off there!" she joked, laughing awkwardly. It was a little dark, even for her. The pair ended up at the bottom of the hill, with the river separating the two clans in sight, before the she-cat stopped once again. "We'll take a small break for now, we still have a lot of walking to do," she meowed, sitting down. "Do you have any questions so far? You can ask me anything! I've been here my whole life, y'know."

Gingerrain padded toward Echopaw and sat next to her "ya know, I could take you out hunting." He winked lifting her chin with his tail "my my look at those gorgeous eyes" he purred scooting closer to her "you are the prettiest she-cat I've ever seen." He finished.

echopaw was shocked at his charm her face lighting up, "i-i would love to hunt with you!" she smiled and sat up she laughed nervously and tried to shake the feeling away, echopaw was defiantly catching feelings for gingerrain and it was showing, "lead the way charming." she giggled. @FlameQueen
