echopaw thought for a second, but she nodded and turned her head up to show her collar, "yeah It might scare the prey away." she admitted to half to herself @FlameQueen

"Okay then" Gingerrain responded walking closer. The ginger tom wedged the collar into his jaw and clamp down pulling as hard as he could until...SNAP he ripped the collar off and dropped it. Gingerrain stepped closer and licked Echopaws ear "There ya go" he whispered. @Amber'flight

echopaw closed her eyes for a second when he whispered in her ear, she smiled as her face was warm with blush. echopaw opened her eyes and turned; nuzzling his chest, "so what do we hunt, is it only rabbits?" she asked sense she really did want to start hunting, "and maybe I can show you a thing or two on what a cat can do without claws!" she smirked and nudged his shoulder lightly. @FlameQueen

Gingerrain blushed a little as Echopaw nuzzled his chest "F-follow me" he mewed bounding off towards a boulder that had a great view of the sunset, before reaching it the ginger tom covered Echopaw's eyes with his tail. Once the pair reached the boulder Gingerrain let his tail fall to the ground then climbed the boulder looking at the sunset. @amber'light

echopaw giggled would leap onto the rock, she slipped a little due to no claws and had tried to quickly regain her balance, she sat down next to the fluffy tom. she was at "aw" when she saw the sunset, her deep blue eyes reflecting the lowering sun, "I-it's beautiful gingerrain..." she whispered. echopaw had now forgotten about hunting and scooted closer to the tom leaning her head on his shoulder. @FlameQueen

Gingerrain looked at the apprentice "I-I..." what am I doing?! I can't tell her that I-I... his thoughts were interrupted when Echopaw leaned on his shoulder. The big ginger tom licked the top of her head affectionately. @amber'light

echopaw closed her eyes enjoying the moment as she wrapped her silky tail around gingerrains tail, What am I doing! he's a warrior, but we are around the same age...I'm almost a full grown cat... she thought, her feelings being all jumbbled up, but echopaw knew her feelings wouldn't change, shouldn't we be hunting... echopaw reminded herself, yet being next to the tom was more important to her. @FlameQueen

Foxpudge had been out trying to hunt when he passed the duo, overhearing the poor love confession, and he was in the other tom's face instantly. "She's an apprentice and she just joined our Clan, you twisted piece of fox-dung! You hardly know her and you're already trying to manipulate her? Get away from Echopaw, you fox-heart. Now!"
