Sootstar seemed to trust her as he allowed her into the clan and Splashleap her new friend seemed to too. She'll keep working until she has everyone's trust.

Lizardpaw was pacing in frustration. Ever since her demotion she was unable to leave camp, and, as she hadn't been assigned a mentor, she didn't have a warrior to accompany her. She had been cleaning nests and such whenever the opportunity arose but there wasn't much to do in here. She sighed heavily. part of her missed being out there, training in Twolegplace. She almost regretted coming back.

Twigpaw recognized that cat, at least vaguely, as the warrior that had come back from the twoleg place and gotten demoted. Still, as a past warrior, she must have some battle skills, even if it wouldn't be formal training. Padding up to her, he asked politely Want to spar? He might be able to pick up a few useful tricks anyway.

Lizardpaw turned around to face the approaching apprentice. A spar? Lizardpaw deeply enjoyed sparring and combat in general. But she knew the rules all too well.
"Unfortionately, sparring is not really allowed in the clearing. The training island or simply the territory is preferable and i am not allowed to leave camp without a warrior." she mewed respectfully, her green eyes looking icy as usual.

Ripplepaw had been waiting soooo long for this! Or at least it felt like that. He had to admit, he was afraid that his mentor, Larkstripe, may be annoyed by him. Sometimes there were cranky mentors or nice ones in ShadowClan, and he didn’t know which one Larkstripe was. That’s why he made the decision to wait for a call to go up to him. He peeked outside of the apprentice den, the orange tabby in range of his turquoise eyesight. Ripplepaw just survived the experience of ambling over to Larkstripe, a sheepish look on his face. For a moment, he kept that expression, but couldn’t help the feeling of thrill boiling inside of him. Then in boiled too much.
”Hi, Larkstripe!” he blurted out a hello, a large smile across his face. ”I’m super excited to train! I heard you’re like an awesome RiverClan warrior, right?”

Ripplepaw’s eyes sparkled with joy, hoping to have a good impression on his mentor. A decent one would do, too.

Lionstorm hadn't been expecting the little stink-bug to sneak up on him and jumped in surprise at the cracked attempt of his name. With his pelt puffed up, he whirled on his friend and didn't hesitate to pounce at him, planning to topple him over if he landed. "FAWWWWWWN!"

There was no hiding the excitement in his squeaky mrow, drinking in the pine-esque scent of his buddy. It felt like ages since they last talked - he missed him quite a bit! "I got youuuu, Fawwwn!"

Fawnsqueak cracked a grin at his fluffed pelt and coughed on a laugh that he .. truthfully didn't mean to sound so gleeful, but it was kind of nice to see Lionstorm pleased with his presence. It'd almost turned into business exchanges nearing the end of their interactions, and he shuddered, grateful to leave that--everything surrounding that--behind.

"Hey, .. yeah," Fawnsqueak replied, breathless from being pounced on. Maybe he'd approach more often if the chances of being smacked to the ground weren't as high. "Yeah, you.. uh, definitely got me." Lionstorm was still as much of a noodle as ever, and the fact that he was squirming underneath him to no avail said something about his own muscle tone. "I'm not gonna run off, you can let me up y'know."

Hauntpaw was occupied, specifically with smacking at one of her sister's bones. Mud. There was mud covering the precious thing, and lots. So that was what she'd been wasting the umpteenth heartbeat of the day trying to get out.

She heard Dayheart's voice calling, and, with her attention drawn distractedly away from the muck, her ears swiveled. "Huh?" Hurriedly she swiped the last bit of mud from Specter before plodding toward her mentor. "Hi... Are you... cold?" she hummed, pressing her physique against his to keep him warm. "How... Are... You?!"

The other apprentice had a point, and while the no sparring in the clearing rule never seemed strictly enforced to him at least, Twigpaw wasn't about to argue. Getting in trouble was something he avoided. Yeah, me neither. he mewed, shaking his head slowly. He thought it was a bit of a dumb rule, at least during the day. If there was two or three apprentices and they didn't go far, what was going to happen? But he wasn't going to suggest they broke the rule, so he mewed instead We could talk moves or something. I mean, I don't know many cool moves, but you might. Since she had been a warrior and all.

Lizardpaw nodded. She knew quite a lot about battle moves. In fact, she'd trained herself since birth, thinking of new exercises and asking warriors for new ones.
"I am quite experienced in the realm of combat and I have recently learned many techniques." she mewed calmly. Many of those she had learned while in the Twolegplace.
