"If I do, the adults get furious," Galahad explained with a sigh. "Some cat I heard of clawed his young housefolk, and the adults took him to remove his claws. I'd perfer to keep my claws, thank you very much."

"I suppose they're the adults kit's then. That makes sense." He gulped when Galahad continued. "That's terrible. What else is a cat supposed to do to defend himself. It's our nature!"

"Yeah, but since we're living with them, I guess they think that we don't need them and only use them to ruin things which, to be fair, we do," Galahad said. He frowned when he continued. "But, yeah. I'm not too eager to do something like that."

"They think they own us," Joe grumbled. "We only ruin things because because we get a little mad sometimes, that's all. Declawed!" he added, still stuck on the other cat.

Joe nodded his agreement. "I would hate not to be able to have kits." Even though he thought young cats were annoying, he was quite looking forward to having some of his own.
