"This is the Lion Guard lair." Rafiki explained. "The secret meeting place of the Lion Guard."
Kion looked around. "Well obviously they dont use it anymore."
"Yeah. They ever thought about cleaning up?" Kiara coughed. "Least doing some dusting?"
"Hm. Yes." Rafiki leaped onto a rock and raised his staff to a hole in the roof. The wind blew through, clearing the dust and giving some light.
"Thats better!" Kion and Kiara grinned, exchanging a glance.

Rafiki touched his staff to the wall, the paintings beginning to move. "Back when Mufasa, Simba's father and your Grandfather," He loked at the cubs. "Was a cub, about Kion's age, his younger brother Scar was leader of the Lion Guard."
"Scar." Kion whispered, and Kiara raised an eyebrow.
"The Guard is made up of the Fiercest, Bravest, Strongest, Fastest, and Keenest of Sight. Anyway. Like you Kion, Scar also had the gift of the Roar." Rafiki looked at the paintings. "The Roar made him feel powerful. But, that power went to his head, and he began to think that he should be plebeianplebeianplebeianplebeian instead of his older brother Mufasa."
The cubs were silent, listening intently.
"So Scar ordered the Lion Guard to help him kill Mufasa." Rafiki said. "When the Guard refused, Scar was furious, and he used the Roar to destroy the Lion Guard."
"Whoa..." Kiara breathed.
Kion's eyes were wide as he stared at the paintings. "Hevi kabisa..."

"What Scar didnt know was that by using the Roar for evil, he would lose the power of the Roar completely." Rafiki turned to look at Kion. "Kion. The Roar of the Elders is a great gift. It can lead to amazing good....But also to terrible evil."
Kion's eyes were still wide as he stared at Rafiki. "Well i'd never be like Scar." He breathed, looking at the paintings again. "Ever."

"Glad to hear that." Rafiki smiled. "Because starting today, you are the leader of the new Lion Guard Kion."
Kiara's eyes lit up. "Wow....Kion, thats cool!"
Kion looked at then, then at the paintings again. He was thinking hard, and that was rare.
