EchoKit looked out with terror, watching the tree fall on the den, she bolted out of the nursery, not wanting to become crowfood, she tripped on a loose stick and fell onto the ground with a tiny thud. She tried to stand but her little leg hurt, "Owww!" she yowled, getting up and limping toward the queen, who was helping LittleKit out, "Help! I tripped on a branch," EchoKit mewed, "B-but I wasn't scared!" her grey tail waving in the air. @Mumble

FrostWing looked around despretly for his mate, "PodLight?!" he yowled, his white fur ruffled and bristling with fear. Once he spotted her, he bounded toward her, "Are you and LittleKit okay?!" FrostWing asked. @~RooRoo~

Sycamorerain continued racing frantically around the clearing, searching for any other cats in need of help. But for now, it seemed a majority of cats were fine. There were more cats looking for someone to help than those actually in need of help. "I don't really see anyone, do you think we should start heading out to the border? If there's any stragglers, we can just pick them up on our way out." Without waiting for much of an answer, the warrior started making his way out to the camp entrance. But all of a sudden, a branch came crashing down out of nowhere, landing on one of his haunches, and effectively pinning him to the ground. The branch was not on fire... yet... but the fire was slowly making its way over from the elders' den, and would likely soon be reaching the branch he was trapped beneath. "Snowmist help!!" A genuine fear shone in his eyes as he struggled to rip his leg free of the branch. It wasn't an extremely large branch, yet he was unable to move it on his own. Hopefully the combined efforts of Snowmist and himself would work to free him.

snowmist nodded at him, following him, jumping back as the branch fell. tears filled her eyes. "sy-sycamorerain?!" she hurried over, shivering. she was scared. too scared. for any of this. the grey and white she-cat saw the fire, it was coming closer. i wont let this happen. i CANT let this happen. snowmist scrabbled at the branch, a scared but determined expression on her face. "dont...worry..." she grunted, a furious expression replaced the fearful face she had been wearing. she pushed her smaller body against the branch, moving it a bit. its coming closer... she thought, the red glow was coming. NO NO NO!

"Okay." EchoKit mewed, limping after the kit, "Y-ya know, I'm not scared of some stupid storm." she mewed, keeping her head high, "And I'm going to become an apprentice soon!"

You being an app, is at least at the bottom of your worrys right now. Such as if you even have a place to become an app. *Wasp-kit couldn't help but think what Lionstar would say to Dusk-star about the fire.He kept running towards the river, he tripped even now and then*

Sycamorerain looked on urgently as Snowmist rushed to his aid. As she occupied herself by trying to push the branch away, he attempted to squeeze his trapped leg upwards, trying to pry the branch away. The fire was getting closer. They didn't have a lot of time to lose. He could hear the daunting crackle, feel the smoldering heat of the fiery blaze on the back of his neck. As the branch finally shifted slightly, he yanked hard and tried to claw his way out. But it was no use. "I think I'm almost free! Just need a little bit more..." If they could get the branch to give just a bit more leeway, he could manage to pull himself free. Grunting loudly, he pushed as hard upwards as he could. He needed to free himself from here. He couldn't bear to think of leaving Snowmist all alone. He needed to get out, so they could be safe and happy... together.
