"Oh Sweetheart! do you think that might be my warrior name?" The round kitten gasped, struggling to sit still even for a few moments bt the welcoming groom certainly helped him keep his flank pinned to the ground.

He squeaked, again, at the head lick. He went to lean up to return the affection, but ended up standing on his thick back paws to lick at her chin. Scum giggled, falling onto his puffy back. "Well she didn't seem that bloody stressed when she welcomed me to the clan, all I did was ask to join and bam, here I am!" he wiggles his bright feet in the air.

"I sure hope so! It would be very fitting." Sandflight purred.

When Scum licked her chin and fell, the she-cat giggled and began grooming his large and exposed underbelly. "Well, I'm glad you did join. We could use more darlings like you around here. Perhaps I could show you around camp?" Sandflight offered, leaning back when he wiggled his paws in the air.

Letting his head fall down and his tail fall just above the ground, he limped towards the exit. Where would he go know? He would be sure to die if his wound was infected. RiverClan? No, maybe? Letting his eyes fall back to the two, he stopped briefly at the exit before beginning to limp out again.

Buckbranch watched him go, shaking his head in frustration. If that was what Russetstrike considered useful information, then Buckbranch pitied the Clan that took him in. Idiot...
He turned to Duskstar with a roll of his eyes. "Sorry for wasting your time with something as minimal as this. When he said 'useful' I figured he meant secret secondary camp locations or battle tactics that we wouldn't know how to counter. I didn't realize he considered describing what we already knew to be beneficial."

Nodding, Duskstar responded. "Yes. Allow her to rest beneath the stars." She solemly flicked her tail, sighing quietly.

She had been resting in her nest when Rainywhisker entered, blinking open her eyes at the sound of his voice. "Yes, Rainywhisker?" Duskstar greeted, slowly raising to her paws. She clenched her jaw as weight was put on her injured paw, though she tried to hide it from the warrior. "Is there something wrong?"

Duskstar hummed as she listened to him speak. "Alright. You will be allowed to join under the name Lionpaw. I will announce your joining to our Clan soon." She stood and nodded to him. "Welcome to ThunderClan. You are dismissed." She waved her tail, signalling for him to leave.

Flicking his ears "the same way I did your leg. But....well where the paw connects to it ..." he answered with a shrug. He never cut any limb off before so. .. affect? You'll just be somewhat like Otterstone or iris. And they're doing just fine! "it won't affect too much , awkward yes, but you'll get used to it I'm sure. You'll have to learn how to hop and hobble of course ".

tigerpaw. "and where did this take place? Borders? " why would a shadowclan apprentice attack ? Yeah Icestar had an attitude . ..But it had to be before the raid...right? Then he thought it over then again...it probably was "was it at the raid?"

Wait what!?! He scoffed ,ears back. "that .......is no way a kit should behave, if it were so then her parents should have confined her in the nursery with two guards at the entrance ! Kept an eye on her at all costs! There were so many ways! So many! " he said with a more heated tone. He sighed, he shouldn't get too upset. . "but you are right. It would have gotten worse..." as for the sudden change " it may have been the darkforests influence dear. They can do many things. " he said in a more softer tone. "your free to rest here if you like?"

Brightpaw stopped, his fur rising on his neck. "B-but, w-w-wait, I already..." He forced down his anxiety and moved himself towards his leader, sudden fear rippling through his pelt. I don't want a new mentor!

The golden tom bowed his head, then padded out of the den. That had been... less nerve-racking than he had expected it to be. No suspicion at all to why an outsider knew part of the Warriors' Code? He'd thought he'd have to make a speech or something. Lionpaw had a grin on his maw as he left. His new name wouldn't be too hard to get used to. Frosty always added -paw to the end of his name, anyway. @hxneysuckle

Fleetwind sighed but resigned himself to his fate. He nodded to Lionwhisker with despair in his eyes and meowed, “ok, do what you have to do.” The tabby tom would just have to work extra hard on his warrior duties, but so what? Fleetwind had never shied away from hard work before! The attempts to downplay the absolutely awful situation didn’t work even though he’d been telling them to himself. There was no bright side to this. He’d drawn the short stick in life it seemed. Starclan really just wanted to drop him into a heap of badger dung and leave him to drown in it didn’t they. Fleetwind’s eyes hardened and he stared forward emotionlessly, finally hitting his breaking point.

Frostpaw burst into the den, tears streaming down her cheeks. "LIONWHISKER! CATS! Dark.. cats.." She broke down, panting and gasping for air. As soon as she had woken up from the dream, she had ran to Lionwhisker. He'd know what to do. With a sob, she looked up at the medicine cat. "Dark.. forest.. I saw them..!" She could practically feel Bloodfur's claws digging into her back, his voice ruffling her ear fur. Fear kept her awake through the fog of her blurring vision, and the haze of tears covering her sight. Her paws were bloodied from running through the forest all night.
