Her ears flattened a bit at that, she actually felt a bit bad in a way. Half of it was her fault that she didn't report on time. Though she gave a thankful smile "er....thank you. " she meowed with a nod. It still lingered in her though....exhailing only to sigh " it is easier since its new leaf. Um..good day Beastspark" she meowed only to turn to leave. She was thankful that shadowclan had some forgiving cats...good starclan....

Honeypaw walked out of the apprentice’s den with Nightpaw. Then he bounded over to where Shadequill and Stormlily were resting.
“Shadequill, Stormlily? Can you come with us to take a walk? We wanted to explore the forest a little more in a safe way.”

Frostpaw took in the white molly's words and subconsciously attempted to dissect them. What he came to didn't surprise him. Deep inside, every cat had that one wish, that hope or dream, but for some cats, their wish was more desperate. Sometimes it was the only thing that kept them going. Frostpaw was relieved that he wasn't like that. He had a wish, and although it was impossible, he had a different goal. He wanted to get stronger.

When Nightpaw hadn't responded immediately after Frostpaw's two words, at first he'd been afraid that he'd said the wrong thing or that Nightpaw didn't understand why he said it. He was proved wrong, however, when Nightpaw's response came. Perhaps she knew better than anyone.

With thoughts of wishes and swirling dreams, Frostpaw murmured, "I believe that it is time for me to return to my nest." The white tom stood, but stalled before leaving. He wasn't sure whether or not Nightpaw would follow.

Falcondive flinched at Pinefrost's touch, frowning as he flattened his ears and distantly listened to Icestar's continued announcements.

At this point, he did not care. He just wanted this to be over so he could do his vigil away from everyone else. The 'support' of the Clan was hollow to him-- deceitful, when faced with a lifetime of being disregarded and yelled at.

No. He would not be so easily swayed by their sudden change of heart. They had done this-- to him, and he was left wishing he could at least spend this time in the company of the one cat who-- despite her foolishness and the pain she caused him-- tried to give him more than a moment of time.

Shadequill smiled at his apprentice/adopted child and Nightpaw.
"Of course I'll come! You better beelieve that I will! After all, I am the daddiest of dads!" He purred to them, a goofy grin on his face.
"And I'm sure my sweetie-lily, the purrtiest of she-cats will want to come too!" He made sure to add that, giving her a small kiss on her cheek.

Falconkit excitedly looked towards Icestar. What was the big announcement? She could hardly sit still, she couldn’t wait to find out!

Falconkit growled at the small kit. She kicked her back legs out and aimed at the other kits belly. She pushed the other kit off and prepared to spring at Eaglekit.

Blinkkit didn’t know she growled and battered at Falconkit’s paws.

Gleamkit smiled as the other two kits battered at Falconkit. Poor kit, he thought. I'll join in! So he joined Blinkkit in attacking the older kit. He went for her back legs and prepared to trip her.

Why were all the kits attacking poor Falconkit? Was it because she was older? She felt Blinkkit battering at her front paws, while Gleamkit tripped her back legs. She fell with a small "oof" and flailed, trying to get the other kits.

Cinderstripe watched as all the apprentices went to greet their new mentors, her amber eyes flicking between all the apprentices. Having heard Mirepaw had been neglected in her training by Redheart, her gaze stayed on him a one or two heartbeats longer than the rest.

The gray tabby then quietly flicked her amber gaze to Icestar, curiosity lacing it. She wondered what this huge announcement could be. In all honesty, she had no clue what it would be about. It was pretty exciting though and in all fairness a little more exciting than learning about which apprentice got which warrior mentor. So she sat, tail over her paws, and paws settled in the earth below.
