Please, just leave me be... Or, you can stay, I guess. At this point company is anything," Cloversplash replied, her words muddled and rushed, an indistinguishable blur of words that tumbled from her mouth messily, her simply gushing whatever thought came next to her mind. She finally looked at the soft-furred black tom, her normally clear green eyes muddled with emotion. She let out a huff and looked away, embarrassed and miserable; she was annoyed to have been caught like this, but couldn't change what had happened.

Oh, of course! How stupid had he been to think that he could help here. Normally cats didn't cry for no reason. And it was very rarely his help that they needed. Because, to be honest, sometimes he wasn't the most comforting cat. What did he say now? Yellow hues looking worried and wide, almost like a kit's, as they sometimes did... Jasperpelt tried to think of the most comforting thing possible to say. "I'm... I, I... I, uh..." Great. No words would come out. Okay, it was time for another approach. Not sure how much of a "physical contact" cat the other was, the dark tom gently-- cautiously-- put his tail around her. This was the best way he knew how to say 'I'm sorry' and sometimes it brought other ideas to his mind. Like they were coming from her, though they weren't. It was too bad Jasperpelt couldn't read the others' mind. "Do you want to tell me what happened?" Probably not the best response to what she had just said. Lost friends. Too few family. She'd... seen things? What did that mean? Jasperpelt guessed he probably wouldn't know. "I'm sorry, that was... insensitive, you don't-- don't feel like you have to." He added quickly.

The growl had surprised her and she could feel tear immediately well into her eyes. She was still sensitive despite her attitude and lack of manners, she was still young and simply didn't yet understand the impact of her actions. Though she was slowly trying to. Something in her chest hurt and felt a tinge of fear. She scuttled back a few steps and lowered her gaze from his angry one. Without her father around to be angry at her, she had never really experienced true chastising. "Sorry." She whispered to the mucky ground. Her eyes darted back up long enough to reveal it was meant to be true before darting back to the sides, looking for a sort of escape route. Her ears burned hotly with embarrassment at the fact that she'd teared up in front of an apprentice. Greykit felt put in her place and it was a rather uncomfortable pill to swallow. Though the act had seemed to snap some sort of politeness in her as she awaited dismissal from Spicepaw. Though honestly, she didn't want him to accept her apology, then she'd have an excuse to continue with her bad attitude. It would happen either way, something like that wasn't easily scoren. Though his response could perhaps settle some sort of guilt in her whenever she continued the behavior.

Spicepaw was still glaring at the kit, but when she started to look scared, he slowly turned his gaze away, sighing, and his ears fell. At her apology, small and quiet but sincere, Spicepaw looked back at her, his face no longer contorted in a growl. There was the smallest bit of guilt shining in his eyes, but it was gone soon enough. "It's okay." He mowed gruffly, hesitating a bit before adding, "I am sorry I snapped at you. I'm just not used to being back in a clan, around kits especially." Woah, did I just say that? Spicepaw had never told anyone about his doubt of being back in the clan, not even his mother. And now he was telling some kit? Spicepaw had a confused look on his face for a moment, but he quickly wiped it off, and stood up. "Here, if you want, I'll take you to a small pool I used to play in, at the very edge of camp. Then maybe I can talk to... Russetstar about a warrior taking you just outside the camp walls." Spicepaw was trying to cover up his confession by telling her something that might make her excited, excited enough to make her forget about what he had said moments earlier.

His words made things begin to click a little in the small creature's mind, though she didn't understand the entirety of his hardships. She was still too young to offer any support for him either, so rather she just felt a discomfort settle in her chest. Similar to the feeling one might get when they catch their parents fighting, a sort of helpless discomfort. Her tail twitched and she ran a paw over her eyes hastily, looking the other way. She would be excited about going to the pond, but she felt like she had guilt tripped him into way too much. She shook her head and gave him a pitiful glance out of the corner of her eye. It seemed the apprentice had more on his plate than she had thought, and she didn't think he needed her dramatic flair to go along with it. "It's alright." She said, wishing she were perhaps a little older and could offer him some help. Greykit had her own problems to deal with and figure out, ones that would likely only contribute to her reckless behavior in the future. "Thanks for the apology." She added on the end before turning and hightailing it back to the nursery. Perhaps she could amuse herself in bothering her siblings or mother for the afternoon rather than causing problems with others.

When Blossomkit asked if they could play-fight later, he nodded eagerly, scooping the moss into a pile with his front paws as he spoke. "Of course! That would be a lot of fun!" he enthused as he rolled up the spongy green material. "Did you want to practice moves, or just mess around?"

It wasn't too often that Blossomkit went into the elders' den; she felt as though she were bothering them. And she always got so nervous... these were warriors who had seen hundreds of battles! So, shouldn't they get respect and admiration, not some kits coming in asking for stories all the time? So she would always leave the elders alone. But, they did need moss. So that was the time when Blossomkit normally ventured in there. "Yeah, maybe we... maybe we should just do that, heh... I, um... wouldn't want to bother them." Okay good. Ravenkit was slowly getting her back out of her nervous state. Once she got to know this tom she would feel much better. The small brown and white kit glanced around her, her wispy, fluffy fur sticking out in all directions and then she smiled when Ravenkit responded. "Either one! Whatever you want, whatever you want to do I will do it." She spoke so confidently it was hard to believe that she had ever had trouble. It was only the strain and the eagerness in her voice that proved otherwise. She wanted to make sure she was doing what Ravenkit wanted her to. Because after all... he was a great cat.

Ravenkit smiled widely when Blossomkit agreed to just leave the moss by the Elder's Den, meaning that they could play-fight sooner. "Great! Let's just toss it over there and then we can get to playing! Er, fighting. Both." he stammered, picking up the moss and beginning to walk towards the old cats' den. "Let's go! Well, we could just wrestle first... I don't know that many battle moves, so we can just have some fun." he ventured as he walked.
The little tom hadn't been taught many battle moves yet, of course, since he was only a kit, but Shadepaw had taught him a move here and there. He didn't really like showing off, though; he left that to the more boastful Apprentices.

"Erm." Waspwhisker mumbled at first. What could make him happy? He wasn't used to cats that wanted him to cheer up. In fact, he was more accustomed to the general crowd that moved away and ignored him. That's why he eventually sucked it up and learned to like a rather solitary lifestyle.
"I don't know." He simply replied. His long, thin whiskers quivered in slight discomfort. The question was so stupidly simple, and he considered himself to be an intellectual tom, but he just couldn't answer it.
"Id rather you not talk about me." A sudden, urging thought in the back of his mind whispered that he should ask Aluminumpaw to leave, and that that'd make him happier, but the tom closed his jaw and didn't say it.

Silentshade looked at the cats surrounding her. comforting her, supporting her. "Thank you all for coming, Starclan knows I will need all of you, every paw, claw, or skill you have, on my quest to find my father, only Starclan knows what callenges we face or what new things we might have to do, or encounter, but with our will, and Starclan's might, we will make it back home!" She nodded to Clovershine, Cinderthroat, and all the others that was coming. "Let's move out!" She mewed, and raced out of the camp.

Russetstar had been around for a while now, but he was all around friendly and the clan seemed to be taking on that feeling as well. "I don't mind. It just shows I have a secret admirer!" she teased slightly, giving a small chuckle before turning her gaze to the nursery. So far, her kits were behaving, staying in the nursery while she was away. Lotusheart hated leaving them alone, but she needed to accept they were growing older. For now she'd baby them. They knew she didn't like it when they wandered away without telling her. You could say it was a precautionary thing since the death of her mate.

Fogleap chuckled, he was glad the she-cat had a sense of humor. He followed her gaze to the nursery and his eyes widen with excitement. "Can we go see your kits! I haven't played with them much, since I don't know you well but can we?!" He practically bounced with joy, then realized how stupid he must look. "Oh, no I am so sorry.." He mewed and looked down at the ground, shuffling his paws.

Spicepaw was quite surprised at her change in interest. At one point, she had been so determined to get out of camp, and now, she was telling him it's okay, and heading back to the nursery. Well, I guess that's enough annoyance for one day... Spicepaw thought to himself, then turned and walked the other way, deciding to find something else to do for the rest of the day. Maybe he would go find his mother, or his sisters. He could always hunt with Rabbitpaw, or help Cricketpaw in the medicine den... Yeah nevermind, I don't like that idea... Spicepaw laughed at himself a little, then changed his course, and headed into the territory. Guess I'll just go hunt by myself then.

The shy feline picked up the rest of the moss and followed him, her tail twitching nervously, ears back in a sign of worry as she glanced around for potential threats. In her mind's eye, they were everywhere. They were lurking in the bushes. They were prepared to kill. They were going to hurt her. But, Ravenkit was right there. He wouldn't let anything happen, would he? And besides, he wouldn't have suggested this if it was actually dangerous. It was the clearing, what was she thinking? But maybe that was just the way Blossomkit's mind worked. "Okay! Fun is good. I like-- I mean, great. That sounds perfect." What was she doing? Was she really being that weird? Irritated with herself, Blossomkit sighed and her ears went back again as she followed Ravenkit, clasping the moss firmly in her maw as she did so. The feline was used to wrestling with her brother, though he would sometimes cheat and do things she didn't even know were fair in fighting. Perhaps doing this with Ravenkit would be different... maybe he was more fair.
