As Moontail heard the news, she tugged on Sunglow in front of her, eyes glittering.
"We can't let that happen... We must at least warn them." She hissed suddenly. "This Bumblestar turns to violence at every turn. We cannot let anymore innocent fall. Quickly, to the border-"
She glanced back at her friend, desperate.

Shrikehail had been quietly observing the meeting, not really adding anything to it besides the occasional arch of an eyebrow. A commotion caught his blue eye, however.
Two cats discussing treasonous actions and being stopped by Violetfreckle.
He knew she was injured, so he decided to offer himself as backup.
In a moment, Bumblestar had joined in, meaning that him joining in could be unneeded, though, if an altercation occured, he might be needed.
He stepped closer, stood beside Violetfreckle. "That's treasonous," He stated lowly, "And I could see you whispering, by the way, it's not subtle."

Fernwillow caught wind of the situation from where she was at the edge of the clearing, listening attentively. She understood where both Sunglow and Moontail were coming from, though she was shocked they discussed their plans so openly. She watched with cold eyes as Bumblestar and Violetfreckle along with other cats started a scene in the middle of the clearing, insults and claws thrown around. She wouldn't interfere, since she quite honestly wasn't sure who she sided with. She sent a quick prayer to StarClan that no blood would be shed in the clearing, though she knew with this clan's track record, her prayer was in vain.
Riversong’s paws froze mid-step as they witnessed the scene unfold. On the outside, they seemed normal and unwavering. Internally, they were fighting a battle. Riversong didn’t want to go against the words of Bumblestar and their clanmates, but they secretly winced as they watched Moontail get pounced upon. Run away, they thought-screamed. There are places in the woods where no cat will find you. Run away and live, for yourself and your kits, while you still have the chance. Riversong stood as still as a stone, trying to prepare themselves if any cat needed to be rushed to the medicine den. No matter what Moontail did next, it wasn’t going to be good for the expecting queen.

The tom let out a snort as his new..."apprentice" made their way to him. Already giving off orders like he had any rights to. "Your name ends in paw. Therefor you'll be treated like a paw. Leave my side and you'll get elder tick duty. Don't listen? You'll be the one cleanin up dirtplace." he stated. Standing up as he made his way to the upoar that seemed to be happening.
"You lost your dignity as a Warrior the moment you did somethin stupid. You wanna act like a warrior? Earn it back. It's right not a privilege." he stated simply. A tilt of annoyance in his voice. Ears twitching as Bumblestar handled one, Sunshine or whatever her name was. Not something he needed to worry about unless the Leader bit off more than she could chew.
Instead focusing his attention on the one that seemed to be screaming. This one being handled by Bumblestar's close friend. Violetface. "Enough yellin. Explain what it is you were tryin to do." he said, his brows furrowed together in anger. "And maybe why we shouldn't. Not the first time I've become an orphan maker. Won't be the last."

Bumblestar was hardly aware of anyone else who happened to show up next to her. Concern for Violetfreckle was still present, but she figured the warrior could handle herself, and Spiderthroat had already shown up anyway, so Moontail was no longer her problem unless someone decided to do something even more stupid than what had already occurred.
Sunglow was her main target. Even with the low volume the warrior was trying to speak with, it was pretty impossible not to overhear given Bumblestar's proximity. "Like hell you will," she snarled. "Stay back at camp 'n avoid the fight if you really want, but I won't stand for you threatenin' to lay your claws on your own damn Clanmates. Sounds like you've got a death wish 'n I'm more than happy to oblige."
She remembered seeing a kit or maybe multiple and she didn't want them to see this so early on, or at least not the full brunt of it. So she slammed a forepaw into the side of Sunglow's head, sending the warrior reeling to the side, where she could block most of the view with her own body as she raked her claws across Sunglow's throat. Blood would stain the grass again all too soon, and Bumblestar sneered as she stepped back from the motionless form to look over at Spiderthroat and Moontail.
"Let's hope your kits don't come out as stupid as you are. Makin' threats like that pregnant, are you insane?" She jerked her head at her deputy. "Answer him before I make up all our minds for us."
