Skye feebly reached out a hand, green eyes wide with fear. She said nothing, but her bottom lip trembled a little. This was her fault.

Paige admired Beck's courage, but she knew what went on in the Games. Beck had competed in them before. He was set free then, because of her intervention, but she was worried she wouldn't be able to save him this time.

"Our ride is here. Get in!" Pavel shoved the two programs inside the helicopter. He joined them, and told the pilot to go to the Coliseum.

Chris looked at Skye. He waved goodbye, saying don't you cry. He smiled, and blew her a kiss.

Skye waved back, forcing a smile. She didn't want to lose him... but there he went.

"You must have really cared about him," Paige eventually said.

"More than you'll ever know," Skye whispered, watching the chopper disappear.

Beck stared out at the city lights below him, trying to work up the courage to face the challenges ahead. He'd done this before, but it still scared him half to death. He closed his eyes and leaned back against the wall of the helicopter, attempting to calm himself.

"You okay? You're taking this kinda hard." Chris sat against the wall of the helicopter. He thought about Skye. I hope she's okay without me.... He looked behind the helicopter to see if Skye was still there. She wasn't.

"To be honest, I'm pretty nervous," Beck replied quietly, not looking at the firewall. "I've been through the Games before, but I got lucky then. Now I'm not too sure about how I'll do."

"The program I was fighting against decided to forfeit the match," Beck explained. "And commander Paige convinced Tesler to set me free. If that's not lucky, I don't know what is. Especially considering the fact that I was one of the two programs left."

Chris didn't say anything. The helicopter landed, and Pavel shoved the programs out. He pushed them to The Games. "Good luck!" Pavel pushed them to some other programs who were also sent to The Games.

Beck winced, but kept moving, glaring at Pavel over his shoulder. He eventually looked over at the others. All of these programs were likely going to be derezzed in the first few micros. It sickened him.

Programs in white suits came with battle armor and sent them out.
"Welcome to The Games! Let's see these programs fight!" Pavel roared out.
Programs started to fight, with programs derezzing everywhere. Two programs went after Beck and Chris.
