camp wall? sounded easy enough - he was sure he could make it sturdy enough to withstand predators or enemies. "bitterice, batpaw! come help me tear down the old brambles. softshadow, i would appreciate it if you got some brambles from the resource pile and carried some over here. anything you think could help is also welcome." sleethound said, wasting no time making his way towards the wall camp. he started tugging at the old brambles and other various materials, tossing the weak plants off to the side. with a harsh tug at a particular bramble, he threw it to the side - with it came loud buzzing. wasps. they buzzed angrily and flew around him and the bramble, one even stung him right on his paw!
he then squished it and smacked the ones that came near him. bye bye wasps.
watching mistpaw manage to build the frame of the den, cornpaw quickly nodded. "it looks close enough!" he said with a short shrug. he'd never built a den before but it seemed?? like the correct way? padding off to the pile of materials, he snatched more brambles and sticks, ignoring the pokes. carrying them back, he placed them down momentarily. alright.. they had the base and mistpaw was working on it some more, so the walls were next, right? picking up a few of the sticks and brambles, he shoved them into the frame. yeahh, that seemed good. nice n sturdy.
Buckbranch accompanied Sandsmoke in beginning to fill in the holes. His initial assumption had been correct - the dirt piled up around their edges was not nearly enough to fill them all up, and the one Buckbranch worked on was barely repacked halfway. He sighed a bit, leaning back to inspect, then turned to Sandsmoke as the tom spoke up. "I'll go grab some, you watch Archkit, please."
He turned to exit the den, passing a light-hearted smile to Archkit as he bent to snag the old moss in his teeth. It was dried out and stiff, almost a perfect carrier, and Buckbranch hauled it out of the den and out of camp.
He returned a few moments later, dirt bundled into the moss, and as he dropped it the soil spilled out onto the den floor, dark brown clashing with the paler floor. He swatted the old nest back outside. "I thiiiink... this should be enough. I can go grab more if we need it." It wasn't as if there was a shortage of dirt.
He started scooping the soil into the holes, noting that there was indeed more than enough to fill all of them up. If any moles happened to make an appearance he'd be sure to be quick with his claws.

A purr rumbled in the kit’s chest. Sootkit does want to play with me! She let a reassured smile cross her muzzle. She scraped together a ball, her tail frisking around with excitement.
“Ready?” Sunflowerkit purred. She kicked the mossball to Sootkit so that they could start. She tensed up and got ready to run after it.

The flame-point sat in the clearing, absent-mindedly eating his prey. Absolved by his thoughts. There wasn’t anything particular on his mind, just random things that appeared that were of enough substance to dwell on.

~ Sand'Smoke ~
~ Sand'Smoke nodded as Buck'Branch gave the tan-tabby his instructions, turning his gaze to the kit and keeping his smoky, amber eyes locked on it. Sand'Smoke didn't like kits, but he wouldn't be one to go and tear up the nursery because of it; He mainly didn't like the little creatures because they could cause the death of a queen, by being too difficult to kit and losing to much blood. Sand'Smoke scowled, his ear flicking in frustration. Hm..
His tail twitched as he heard the approaching paw-steps of a warrior, turning to see Buck'Branch carrying some soil in old bedding. Nodding as he began to scoop the dirt in to the holes, Sand'Smoke stood, travelling over to a cavity that was a few ways away from the other warrior. Clawing some soil into the hole, the tan-tabby tilted his head, gazing at Arch'Kit, and then Buck'Branch; He barely knew these two cats, but maybe he could know them better from this experience. Sand'Smoke was always open to having more relations. ~

The silver tiger tabby nodded and went and got some bramble from the resource pile and returned with as much as she could Carry "Is this enough?"

Sootkit nodded and chased after it, kicking it back to Sunflowerkit...
Rainpaw nodded to Mistpaw, then watched her sister with piqued curiosity. She ignored Cornpaw's ...active... personality. "Yes, that looks good - we can do the centipedes later," she replied. Slowly she followed Mist's lead, picking up twigs and arching them over the basic shape of the den. It was already looking good! She smiled, satisfied with their work. The pain in her leg was still there, but only slightly. "Should we add the thorns last? I mean, we don't want to hurt ourselves."
