The tom lounged around in the clearing. ShadowClan was gone, and the youngsters were taking back Firefly Cove. All was well for him. He looked around for any youngsters he could talk to. Most of the cats were in the battle, so not many cats were here.

Hearing Bumblepaw's loud call as the tom (as far a she was aware!) sprinted into camp, his own fur covered in .. quite some blood to say the least- the former medicine cat knew nothing good had to be said. As much as yes, retaking the cove was a move that would prove ThunderClan's emerging strength once more.. her clanmates actually had to succeed. The warriors and apprentices of ThunderClan could hold a fight obviously- yet not with major injuries. While she was still unsure where Sundust or Rosepaw were at the moment,.. whatever was needed Icicleripple would be beyond wiling to contribute.

Windclan??! As far as she was aware, Twilightstar was still leader of the moorland dwelling cats, and if whatever messenger the (new) RiverClan leader was sending would surely be able to twist what was actually going on. She didn't know what happened to Kestrelstar other than the fact that a new leader took his place. Word around StarClan had spread on said cats ceremony, though she didn't give a life for nor show up for .. personal reasons in the end. Yet back to the point- they were the ones to reignite the conflict in the first place of course, which might further push Windclan to send help. Either way, more cats were needed..

And- perhaps on-site battle healing would be beneficial .. while Icicleripple wouldn't put it past RiverClan to try to attack here while healing,,. That was actually something to consider though! Though- I could just set up a little bit further into the territory prior to the Firefly Cove border? Yea- yeah, that'll do I think. Positive outcomes outweighs the risks in this case. They would defiantly need to carry herbs over there. Cobwebs and marigold would be a big go to, also poppy seeds.

First though,, maybe- who was available now? Oh! The she-cat's green glaze turned to the now older apprentice that she had reconnected with at the meeting just prior to now. Giving a slight nod in Bumblepaw's direction (she really hoped he would stay safe throughout the fight still), she quickly made her way over to where the light grey molly. "Mistpaw- ? Could you please run out to Sunkissed Creek for me and look for marigold,.. it's a golden-orange flower. You'll most likely find it better around the general area- thou- .. but not directly on the bank. Then meet me in the territory near Firefly Cove's previous border but not too close to it." Hopefully Mistpaw would be able to grab some.. in the meanwhile, she'll just grab some herbs herself to bring over. Hopefully Rosepaw was around as well, in case she felt comfortable setting up in case of major injury and/or for healing during the battle.

Blueface took a deep breath.
"let me start over. It started as a walk. I wanted to clear my head. And then I started to think about my mate. so went out looking for her. I knew she was probobly dead by now, seeing as she disappeared long before I did, but... I wanted to see if I could find her. I wanted to know if she was still alive. so I left the territory to find her, and I've been searching for her. maybe a season ago I gave up and tried to find my way back." he paused. "so, that's why I've been gone for so long." he hoped That Shallowshiver wouldn't send him away. he wished he hadn't Gone looking in the first place.

"I thought you didnt mean to leave the territory" they narrowed their eyes slightly at the tom, "First you say you didnt realize you were outside of the territory, and now youre saying you left on purpose to look for your mate? Which is it. Your story keeps changing and frankly Im not that sure you should be let back in right now"

Blueface stood speechless. he didn't know exactly what to say.
"I-" he started, and then stopped. how was he going to get out of this situation? his tounge had gone on before he could think properly.
" I did go looking for my mate. but I-" He stopped again. "I just want to go home..." it was The only thing he could think of saying.
"Send me away. punish me I don't care." he sighed, "I just wanted to come back to thunderclan." @Atticus

after a bit of digging and kicking up rocks, cornpaw had a few centipedes (maybe one spider? who knows) dangling from his mouth. perfect for the prisoners den! with a happy hum, he hurried back to camp and entered the prisoners den, laying down his lil buddies. they all scurried off. there was, in fact, a baby spider on one of the centipedes.

Okay, so the base structure was done. Rainpaw smiled in satisfaction - now it was time for the icky stuff. It seemed that Cornpaw already had the centipedes sorted out by the way he'd talked about them, so she decided to go for the thorns. Maybe they'd be able to draw some blood - would be funny. She scurried off towards the territory, returning with a few branches of bramble in her maw. "This is gonna be painful," she muttered to herself, then started weaving the thorns into the base structure. By the end of it her paws were all bloody, but now the prisoners would suffer, so it was worth it. With a smack of her lips Rainpaw exited the den, grabbing some moss to clean her wounds up. They had done great with this.

Giving a nod to Roseheart as he braced the sticks to patch the leak, Moosecrash let his mind wander to other possible ideas. The water storage idea wasn't bad, it just shouldn't be in a den. As the tom mused over the concept, he realized that Roseheart, who was a good, loyal warrior, might be a good cat to ask about the idea.
"Roseheart, do you think that it might be a good idea? To create a sort of pool to store fresh water? Not in here of course, but perhaps in the clearing?" He asked the other warrior, curious what his opinion might be.
Dropping back to all fours, he picked up the spare sticks and began to bring them outside.

the tom turned to look at his fellow warrior blinking his eyes, he hadn't taken into account that his clanmate might have actually meant what he said earlier. rose thought about it for a couple of seconds, "well it's not a bad idea". it would certainly make it easier for them to access water. "but I guess the problem would be how to fill it up with water, during rainy seasons it would be easy but the hot summer would require them to retrieve the water and keep it stoked daily".
