Oakcreek definitely agreed. "Patrols at dawn were always annoying, especially because it disturbed my sleep, but now—I sleep a lot of the day sometimes with nothing to do! I shoulda' been more greatful for them because opportunities fly." Actually—the tom would do any patrol—not just dawn ones, just once more to re-experience the feel of it. He really did miss going on patrols frequently.
