hold the cats responsible for a few riverclanners death accountable? really? cornpaw wanted to roll his eye at that! being held accountable, that wasn't..being celebrated, he was pretty sure. which is what it should be!! those fish deserved every last bit of what they got, and more - calling windclan for backup, what a bunch of cowards. his eye flickered up at the mention of cats who fought at the cove, posture straightening just a bit. apprentices were getting called forward - and - and so was he! the tom looked around, slowly standing up. wait!! ”for real??” he murmured, feeling a grin slowly start to force its way on his mouth even if he was..not so good as he stepped forward.

Grey eyes flicked up in confusion from the lump of grey fur that was Mistpaw, before suddenly melting to shock. It was happening now?! Like right now?! She hadn't even--her paws were still dirty and... and... Oh.
As her gaze flitted over each of her peers as they stepped forward, Mistpaw realized that... They were all in a similarly bedraggled state following the battle, but out of all of them she remained one of the most unscathed. She had no right to fret over appearances or... or that her parents wouldn't be here to see her and Cloudypaw get their names.
With a shaky breath, Mistpaw pushed herself back up to her paws and gently stepped forward to take a seat next to her peers. Grey eyes flicked back up to look towards Cindersky and she allowed a small nervous grin to peak through at her before attempting to steel her face once again.
If... If she was going to be made a warrior, then she'd have to... grow up?...
Nah, she'd just have more freedom to go out and collect things without supervision, but she WOULD have to at least pretend to be a little grown up... Only sometimes.

Tan head poked around the nursery as Finchpaw called out. Giving them a brief nod, Sparrowflight padded forward and glanced into the den.
"I'd say you two have done well," she stated. "Go grab some prey of your own and have a rest. Kits can get tiring for the best of cats."
